We had the digestion 7 course menu and it was truly delicious. Standouts were the fish pie, pork belly and chocolate fondant. The service and atmosphere were amazing as well. It’s such a beautiful cottage with stunning views. This restaurant is perfect for romantic dates and special occasions. Only small issue was parking but we managed to find somewhere after a few tries.

The culinary experience surpassed my expectations, offering some of the most exquisite meals I've ever enjoyed. The service was truly exceptional. Indulging in a variety of dishes, each one on the menu was a culinary masterpiece. Impeccably prepared and presented, the flavors exhibited a delightful complexity and nuance, showcasing ingredients of the utmost quality.

We were invited to dine at Bellevue Cottage for a taste and tour, and it was a truly wonderful experience. If you are planning a wedding, this is a beautiful venue in a secluded yet highly accessible spot, right on the water and surrounded by beautiful trees. The cottage itself is heritage and maintains many of its original features. Peter is a wonderful advocate for the property, and walked us through all the available options with ease and professionalism. The food we enjoyed was incredible. We were particularly blown away by the delicious cauliflower velouté, an incredible steak and their signature fish pie. The French wines on offer were divine, and the desserts to die for. Highly recommended for anyone booking a wedding or other event, or anyone just looking for a beautiful spot for a romantic dinner. Thanks Peter and Bellevue for having us!

Tranquil location with a beautiful view. Once we were sat at our table, the first course of the degustation menu was placed in front of us within a minute although we had barely started reading the drinks menu. The subsequent timing for the rest of the 6 courses were rather irregular. The portion sizes were rather small, especially the 2 dices of sea bass. Some dishes lacked articulation from seasoning and layering. The pork and the fish were well overcooked. Overall, the food was average. No particular dish stood out for us. Staff were pretty shy on introducing the dishes. I don’t think we would be back even with the 50% discount.

Attended Bellevue for the “Taste and Tour” as we are looking for a wedding venue. The view was amazing, but the food was even better! Everything we ate was amazing quality and tasted incredible. My partner loved the fish pie but my favourite was the salmon starter. Definitely set the bar high for our next wedding venue tours.
