Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Apparently we’d booked a room with no daily cleaning service but it was fine. The location is good, very easy to walk to tonnes of restaurants and just opposite for the station, metro and tram.

Amazing old hotel with wonderful service, clean rooms, and staff that go above and beyond. Meals at the restaurant are great value for money and the service is friendly and helpful. So close to Central and the Light Rail. Was a pleasure to stay.

Location location location! This place is so cheap for being in such a perfect, central location with the Haymarket tram being just outside the door and so close to central train station! Friendly staff! Negatives include; Needed a bigger door as a larger person it was difficult to enter the shower Stained carpet Single beds were on wheels and we were rolling all over the room Only toiletries we had were a tiny ‘conditioning shampoo’ and a tiny bar of soap. We got breakfast included which was one plate of food served by the workers. My mum and I were clearly together and they served my food but told my mum she had to wait 10 minutes for more food to be cooked. However the breakfast was yummy However, for the price and location this place is amazing. I’ll defiantly be back!

Stayed for 4 days, only managed to have breakfast for 2 days, oneday we went to Blue Mountain, other day early flight, open at 7:30, Don't buy brekafast with rooms if you are going out early, there is no refund or takeout,. Great location, not 4 stars, more like 2 stars. Breakfast is OK, not egg stations. Everything is premade, and the sunny side eggs were very dry. It must have been made sometime before breakfast opened, we went there at 7:30 when it opened, baked beans had very little souce and sausages were not good Don't book with breakfast if you have an early start. It's best to buy once you get there, The only thing good was the location

Great location and affordable meal specials. Staff are always polite and outgoing. Check out the different days of the week they have promos. Can get busy when UFC and sporting events are on.
