Ennui was so nice tonight with excellent food, comfortable interiors and staff who are both friendly and professional. The house special of duck was excellent. The wine list is extensive and carefully crafted. These are almost fine dining prices but the quality is there and there is no attitude or pretentiousness. Also have a seasonal set menu that looked great for $95.

We enjoyed an early drink and meal prior to a Show. Both of us were extremely blown away with the service and awesome tasting food. If you love Duck then there signature dish is a treat. We were rushed a little because of the Show, however we will return again and enjoy this restaurant/bar a little longer.

We visited for a pre theatre dinner and had such a wonderful time. Amazing service from the team - all of whom had a solid knowledge of the menu, clear passion for what they did and a fun, welcoming style. An innovative and yummy drinks selection and the food - omg - top marks for originality, flavour and presentation! We enjoyed the seasonal menu and the generous servings meant we rolled happily off to our show! We’ve just been in Europe and this meal was up there with our favourites from the trip - maybe better given the Australian twist!

The flavors were incredible, and we left feeling completely satisfied. Highly recommend for both the quality and creativity of the food!

We chose this restaurant for a birthday celebration. The food portions are very generous and excellent for sharing and the service is friendly and personal. Highlights of the menu are the confit carrot & stracciatella and the Duck Ennui, a delicious smoked duck - soft meat and crispy skin. Worth coming here just for that duck! And the wine list is very well curated to match the dishes.
