I'll start with the Spa which is fabulous! Five stars all the way. The staff are absolutely delightful -- especially brilliant Trudi and Bella. My husband and I had massages with Charlotte and Trudi. Try and book them if you can. Both massages were beyond outstanding. We arrived at the spa tense and tired, and left almost floating, feeling very relaxed and well taken care of. We can't wait to return for more massages, and to try some of their other treatments. Do not miss having one or more treatments at this Spa...the services are superb and the gorgeous staff are human treasures. The hotel also gets five stars all the way. The incredibly gracious front desk staff, and all staff in general are wonderful. They went out of their way to assist us with unplanned extras. We stayed in one of the lovely Lilianfels studios, which was perfect and had a lovely view. We will definitely return to this beautiful hotel and spa. Special thanks to Brian and Aurelie -- we are most grateful for your kind assistance. Also, special thanks to Trudi and Bella for the very warm reception at the Spa. The people who work at Lilianfels make this place stand out as one of the best experiences we have had in a hotel and spa anywhere in the world. Thank you!

Beautiful grounds and stunning building. Room was clean and well taken care of. Very small window with little view. Smooth jazz was playing as we first entered our room. Room itself was going for that vintage dated aesthetic which didn't really match the sleek and smooth bathroom design. Both pools were slighted heated and outdoor pool area was just as beautiful as the gardens. Breakfast offered a variety of options! Tried to book in for a session at the spa on the same day as a birthday treat but was told their afternoon sessions book out 6-8 weeks in advance.... Staff members were lovely but seemed skittish when we asked for help as there was no one in the spa facilities due to staff training. Felt a bit bougie and a tad elitist at times walking around in casual wear for nearby hikes. Close and easy location with buses and the Three Sisters Lookout.

Loving our stay here, the spa staff are so helpful. The pool and changing room area are lovely. The lounge area is very cold, air con is on very low and not comfortable to sit in for very long. We did mention it to staff who just replied "oh". Bed is comfortable and great breakfast choice. Very close to the Three Sisters and Echo point viewpoints too.

STUNNING place. Had our wedding be in the secret garden, it was the perfect intimate spot. Stayed there for our honeymoon and we were stoked by the hot and cold breakfast buffet. Room series late at night had a delicious warm brownie. Amazing view of the mountains. Room had a working fireplace. Quirky shops and great restaurants nearby.

I visited Lillianfels with a friend especially for the spa. We decided on the cocoon bliss package and we were not disappointed. From the moment we were greeted we felt like royalty. I had Eva for my treatment and my friend had Larissa. These ladies were absolutely amazing. We left feeling the most relaxed we had in years! Thank you so much Eva and Larissa. We cannot recommend you both enough! X
