Incredibly disappointing, complaints not addressed, room walls dirty, no fan in bathroom (imagine the condensation), one could hear the adjoining room's bathroom activities, indoor pool nothing more than a shallow paddle pool with no change rooms - what are you supposed to do if coming from across the road, in winter?? Not great for accessibility nor parking for disability. Passive aggressive bully-ing by breakfast staff, that's 4 days I'll not get back!

Disappointing room condition for the price. I heard the view was supposed to be great, so we stayed for two nights at over $500 a night, but all we saw was thick fog. The room wasn’t as comfortable or spacious as expected, with a musty smell, old furniture, a small floor space, and a cramped bathroom—it felt more like a low-budget motel. If you're looking for a view, make sure to pick a day with perfectly clear weather; otherwise, like us in winter, you might not see anything. The service was just okay, but the breakfast was delicious.

Money well spent! It wasn't cheap, but we had a beautiful room with a spectacular view of the blue mountains. Beautiful! The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space to park the car. The location is good, you can walk to the city centre.

Last Christmas, my family and I stayed at Echoes Boutique Hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. From the moment we checked in, we received very detailed explanations about the hotel facilities and services from the Front Office Manager (Sabina) 👍. Despite not being VIP guests, we felt like we were treated as VIPs. Unfortunately, there was too much rain during our stay at the hotel, so we couldn't fully enjoy the magnificent view. However, the Christmas dinner we had reserved turned out to be so wonderful that it provided us with comfort beyond our expectations. Thank you, restaurant manager ( Sujan ) 🙏. If given the opportunity, I would love to visit again when the weather is nice. 💕

Paid a decent price for an average dinner but then asked to walk up to the bar to settle the bill while they have perfect portable credit card machines that they can bring to the table. It’s a college canteen service quality for otherwise a classy decorated hotel.
