Beautiful hotel with amazing views! We had cockatoos visit us on the patio every day. Breakfast was lovely in the restaurant upstairs, and the location is perfect for exploring the Blue Mountains. Perfect mountain getaway!

We had a beautiful corner room at Echos with an amazing view. Loved being able to stroll across to Lilianfels for pools, spa and the lovely lounge bar and dining room. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile.

Today we had lunch at Echoes Restaurant and the food was amazing! The servers were very attentive and efficient. After our lunch we had a massage at Echoes Day Spa. I have been attended by an amazing woman named Larissa. Not only Larissa was an amazing masseuse but she also made our day by her excellent service and pleasing personality. I highly recommend having a treatment with her using their essential oil SPIRIT.

We came here for lunch, and I have to say, the food was amazing—absolutely delicious and well-presented! However, the spa experience was disappointing. My masseuse, Eva, used gloves during the massage, which felt strange and uncomfortable, almost as if she was being distant or overly cautious. It left me feeling uneasy and detracted from what should have been a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst massages I've had. I hope Echoes Day Spa will do something about this incident. I feel that Eva has personal issues with how she’s treating clients and it’s not comforting at all. I will not recommend it at all.

We had one of the best check in experiences. Started with a call the day prior to check in. On arrival we where warmly welcomed by Laura, she showed us to our room and then took us on a history tour of the property. But . . . the best was sipping on a glass of bubbles on the sundeck watching the sunset.
