The old hotel looks awesome from the road: I had wanted to have a meal here for some time. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised: this is a large venue with different areas, including a whole play-building for kids. The menu was inviting; the food presentation was amazing, as was the taste. Highly recommended.

Located at Cnr Merriville & Windsor Roads, Kellyville Ridge, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 The Ettamogah has so much history, it was made famous by it’s creator Ken Maynard who started drawing it 1959. His cartoons were legendary. The original Ettamogah was located in Albury, New South Wales and was built by businessman Lindsay Cooper in 1987. This venue is no longer in operation. However, there has been a total of three other locations including Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and in Cunderdin, Western Australia and finally the one we visited today in Kellyville which opened in 2003. We had quite a large group today at the Ettamogah Pub (56 people) and the staff handled our orders pretty well considering. There was a few mixups and confusion but overall it was pretty smooth. The staff were very patient and friendly. I had the lunch special Chicken Schnitzel and chips for $15.00. Great value and was delicious, cooked perfectly. The majority of our group were very happy with their meal also. The pub itself is designed fantastically. Very eye catching. I loved the drawings by Ken Maynard and the plane in the ceiling as you walk through the front door. The outdoor seating is great. Plenty of seating and the Crooked House Cafe is great for a coffee and a cake. There’s plenty of parking 🅿️ but I think it would be bouncing on a Friday or Saturday night because I saw the stage for live entertainment. I would love to go when there’s a band playing. The rock climbing wall is great for kids. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍

Yummy Margaritas and great vibes for big groups. Food and drinks take a while to arrive and you need to keep reminding the staff. The place is packed so can’t really blame them. Haloumi entree and buffalo wings were very good. Pizzas were very average. Prawn pizza and bbq chicken pizza are extremely bland and have almost no flavour or sauces so avoid those. The margarita pizza and paneer tikka pizza were surprisingly good.

Great local pub with many areas for all types of events, groups and attendees. They have a variety of events weekly. The staff member with the blue hair was especially lovely. Very friendly and helpful with our booking and booking amendments. Highly recommend for a lunch or afternoon session.

Celebrated my 60th in The Garden Hut area today, couldn't have asked for a better area. From the 1st meeting with Jacinta, to today all has been amazing. Nothing we asked for was a problem, staff are polite, friendly ready to assist where needed. Our finger food, cheese, fruit platters are the best. The relaxed atmosphere just made for very , stress free day. THANKYOU TO ALL THE ETTAMOGAH CREW
