As to add more I will write a quick line of positive feedback. The room is perfect the bed is like a chamber from a palace in China and the screen delivers utmost affect to the neural pathways of our cognitive functioning as we need the best sleep ever. I know I was able to have a shower and also the worlds best breakfast. Bacon, vegetarian eggplant and tomatoes wafting with garlic, the amazing technology where the coffee is in the hot water and the lemon honey tea helped my sore throat. With juices of every kind of fruit imaginable which was called tropical; I was able to feed my gut and my brain. The fact that the coffee club is outside to have coffee and tea made no difference as the drinks at the hotel sufficed themselves. However I had breakfast with my mother at the coffee club which is highly recommended! Thank you Uki I will never forget such kind, courteous, polite staff from Mongolia. Kay you have done very well with your hotel. I wish that I can stay more often. But unfortunately tonight I was asked to leave the lobby even though other people were there. I don’t mind this but when you are scolded for just existing you feel like you have no worth and I would prefer a night at Quest than have a man from China treat you like dirt in my own country. Again if you are full Asian you will be welcomed. If you are full Aussie or at least a mix . Best to keep clear from this hotel. Thanks for leaving me out in the rain and not offering me accomodation some time in the future!

Lately renovated, staff showed friendliness to guests. And in good profession. Holiday Inn impressed me a lot for their good management and nice presentation to guests. This hotel let my money go extra mile, namely very worthy. Next time top priority. Thanks guys.

We love coming to here. The room is comfortable and clean and the service is always fantastic. The breakfast is also pretty good except we often see this oat porridge being served. I've tried it and decided it's not my type of dish. I've always looked around the dining place to see if any guest here have it on their table and enjoy it. Unfortunately I never found any. By the look and the taste of it, it's simply off putting. I really wish the Holiday Inn Express management team can have a little review on it and do something about it. It's probably not to save it to your valuable guests again when everyone dislikes it. Serve something more popular please.

Very clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Easy underground parking. Small gym but ok. Gym cardio equipment needed a deep clean. Big Sign in gym is needed to remind others to self clean - plus more disinfectant wipes. Buffet breakfast small but nice & well presented. Dinner menu limited to deep fried. A proper a la carte or buffet dinner would go a long way. Thank you for having me ☺️

Really nice hotel close to the airport. We arrived from the UK at 6AM (Aus time) where check in wasn’t meant to start till 2PM, but thanks to Joshua on the front desk he allowed us to have our room super early meaning we could catch up on some sleep and feel more refreshed whilst we explored the local area. Deffo would recommend to anyone!
