I stayed at Holiday Inn last year when I was visiting Sydney for a business trip. The hotel and staff were really nice. My only feedback is around the breakfast. The breakfast was pretty basic. Please try and have more diverse breakfast - just oats, croissants and danish is very basic. Also, croissants were not crispy so would be good to have those freshly made. Other than that, the staff, service and room were good.

Excellent hotel. Clean, new, stylish, and comfortable. Great breakfast . Short walk to Macquarie train station. Parking available overnight for $25.

Stayed 3 nights with 3 kids in October 2023. Very clean and tidy room and great rates. Staff were great and had no issues with my very late check in time. Breakfast was always plenty of variety and fresh. Very welcoming and comfortable for children.

staff were not overly helpful and hard to understand. room was cold even after turning the AC off, was unable to change it to heating. room service was non existent even after being told that they had it, was able to order food but was on an app and only a choice of two different pizzas and i had to go and collect it myself, also waited a long time for it. was clean enough and the blackout blinds were appreciated but would not reccomend this place for a family or any more than for just somewhere to sleep.

The nosiest hotel I’ve stayed. The fridge in the room creates noisy every around 30 minutes, each time takes about 6 minutes. Some times the noisy is very strong which can wake me up from sleeping. Asked the reception this happens to all rooms which means can never stay here again. Almost didn’t sleep for whole night!!!!!
