The room I stayed in was never vacuumed my entire stay. Luckily I brought my own, knowing this may happen (see how full it is from the first clean I did in the pictures). The tiles are filthy (and probably mopped once, or twice a year judging by how much grime comes off). I don't blame the cleaners, but the amount of time (or lack of) management allocate them to clean each room. Front desk & housecleaning staff were all lovely though.

Very convenient with clean, well appointed rooms. The location was convenient from the freeway with good options of eateries nearby. If tired from travel, consider the order in service advertised in the room. The beds were comfortable and rooms very quiet considering the busy road directly in front. As it was a weekend, there is ample parking around the building within the complex so you don't need to pay additional fees for underground parking.

My family and I booked a room through Airbnb at Quest Macquarie Park- host Yimu for 8 nights and the conditions of the apartment were beyond repugnant. I am unable to leave a review through airbnb. The room with the ensuite connected to it had mould and grime covering the window, fly screen and curtains. Windows are supposed to allow ventilation, but when covered in mould its a health hazard. Unfortunately I didn’t think to take photos when there was better lighting. The bathrooms had mould and the tiles were extremely dirty. The kitchenette had a very offensive odour of decomposing food, and the dishwasher also had ? mould/residue. The host and reception staff were unable to provide satisfactory options- which meant that we had to cancel and rebook a stay elsewhere. My family and I were not only inconvenienced, but this experience left us feeling physically and emotionally drained. As per usual, as guests we lost out and were deducted over $400 even though the apartment was unsanitary and we were dissatisfied with the way our concerns were handled. In my opinion I should receive a full refund. I STRONGLY discourage anyone to stay here, especially if you have young children or if you are planning a long stay. I would be concerned of the long term effects of mould exposure.

An ideal place to stay for a business trip with access to Sydney (especially the inner West) and also home. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and efficient. As a weekend stay, car parking was plentiful and safe.

Staff were friendly and check-in was prompt and efficient - 5 stars for that. The room was comfortable and the bed just right, marking 4 stars for a couple of issues - garbage from the last occupant hadn't been removed - very smelly Chinese food left in the bin! Freezer of bar fridge was pretty much iced up, maybe needs to be defrosted a little more regularly, complimentary tea/coffee ok - no UHT milk though and one last issue - the ironing board kept collapsing! The room was clean as was the bathroom (no signs of mould so top score there!). Despite being on a main road and I expected a lot of noise, pleased to say no traffic noise intruded. Overall pretty good and will happily stay again (apart from the minor issues noted above).
