Overall, the room rates are affordable, but the cleanliness could use some improvement. We booked a pet-friendly room, and the pet fee was $120. I would suggest considering the pet policy used by other Quest hotels in different cities, which might be more reasonable. For instance, implementing a deposit system—charging a $250 deposit that is refundable if no damage or extra cleaning is required upon checkout—and reducing the pet fee to $30-$50 would be a fairer approach. I hope this feedback is helpful and the suggestion can be adopted in the future.

Had a lot of luggage and they allowed me to drop off the night before my booking which was appreciated. Only negative was one of the power fuses kept on tripping and TV would switch off only happened twice. The only negative was having to make five or six trips to my room as they only had one trolley for the whole complex. otherwise enjoyable stay nice and clean property.

Overnight stay just passing through. Had a 1 br apartment which was very well equipped and clean. Excellent service from reception re sourcing us an additional blanket and dinner. Only minor complaint is lack of parking - I had a park but cars were lined up behind us when we went to leave early next morning and I had to execute a 57-point turn to try & get out. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay

Distressing experience my family and I encountered at the Quest Macquarie Park Hotel. Our recent stay at this establishment was nothing short of horrific. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were horrified to discover that the hygiene in our room was utterly unacceptable. The mattresses and bedding were visibly soiled, and to make matters worse, we also found cockroaches in the room. I immediately raised these concerns with the receptionist, hoping for a swift resolution. The receptionist's response, however, was both inadequate and dismissive. The only action he offered was to change the bed sheets (which did little to address the underlying issue of unclean mattresses and the presence of pests) and advised me to email the manager for reimbursement. This was after I had already spent several hours in an uninhabitable room, which caused immense stress and frustration for my entire family. Despite my immediate follow-up email to the management, I did not receive any response, and we were forced to endure the unsanitary conditions for a full two days, completely ruining a portion of our holiday. On Monday, I personally approached the manager, who claimed she had not seen my email. Only after this in-person discussion did she offer a room change (after two nights of sleeping in filthy, infested conditions) and promised a $150 refund for the two nights. I had paid $2,534.44 for four nights, and while I understand that it was a peak season I never anticipated such a horrific experience, especially from a supposedly reputable hotel chain. The lack of hygiene, the presence of pests, and the utter lack of customer care are completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I have received no further communication or resolution from the hotel. It is deeply unfair that such a large company would offer these appalling conditions to its guests, especially for the premium price I paid. I feel completely let down, and the situation has caused significant distress to my family.

I recently stayed at Quest, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The location was ideal and convenient I would highly recommend Quest.
