We’ve been staying here for around 10 years. Unbeatable location and the recent renovations and upgrades are of a very high standard. Rooms are very comfortable. Lovely outlook if you book an ocean view. Breakfast and bar are really good. Reception can be a little mixed but was excellent on our last visit. Kids holiday stay included hot chocolate vouchers and the hotel had set up a little games room which were a great touch. Pool area is really lovely now with poolside QR drink service. Just wanted to quickly shout out Camille who has moved on from Manly but is an absolute credit and asset to Accor. She provided us with absolute top notch customer service back in January- amazing troubleshooting and resolved all our issues promptly and professionally.

On arrival, we took advantage of the valet service, however we had to actually go into the hotel to find out who would help us with this as no one was outside (like most hotels) to assist us with this. Check in was easy and we were lucky enough to get an early check in on both of the 2 rooms we had reserved which was very much appreciated. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant. The superior rooms are very spacious and are fitted out to make use of every inch of space making it feel homely. The bathrooms have been semi updated but the shower really needs a door as the water goes everywhere! One thing the room REALLY REALLY needs is a full length mirror in the main space to make getting ready easier. Small water bottles in the fridge would go a long way as well. There were water bottles on hand, but they weren’t cold and were also $10 for memory. My husband went out and bought water instead. A BIG disappointment was that after we attended a wedding and getting back to the room in the early hours of the morning, we were woken up at 8am by the sounds of Jack hammering that rippled through the entire building for hours!!! It got to the point where you didn’t want to be there anymore. Apparently this was unscheduled but being a Saturday I hardly doubt that and have been told this happens once a year. I triple checked the website for any notice of works taking place and there was nothing mentioned and there was no mention of this upon check in either.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly & welcoming. The cocktail bar was nice & relaxing. The rooms were clean & it was lovely to have a balcony & water view. There was no complimentary water in the rooms when we arrived which was disappointing. Every hotel I have stayed at always provided a water bottle on each bedside for the initial arrival. I also stated that one of the rooms I booked was for my sisters 60th birthday & the other was for my husband & my wedding anniversary however at no point was there a welcome note with Happy Birthday for my sister or anniversary for my husband & I. A small gesture would have gone a long way. The beds were extremely comfortable & overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely night at the Manly Pacific, enjoying the great location and view, and a lovely meal at the restaurant. Parking a little expensive at $50 a night when we probably could have parked in the street, although it's probably in line with the area. Frustratingly with that, the EV charging did not work for us (not a Tesla). Overall, we will definitely be back just so we can enjoy the wonderful restaurant and the local area again.

Hi I booked 2 rooms, winter indulgence package, I had 2 x $500 vouchers. Check in was great, rooms superb, late check out. Unfortunately was charged for a couple of drinks, had been told could use room credit. Have phoned and spoken with reception and assured I would be recredited , I am remaining hopeful that this will be the case. Would recommend Manly pacific to family and friends. Was great to catch up with friends 🧡. Vouchers were a gift
