The Manly Pacific Hotel is average for the price. You are paying luxury prices without the experience. No concierge service, you have to deal with your luggage yourself, there was valet parking, but you had to park the car and go inside to get someone to park your car, the rooms are ok, nothing special. The bar was nice, but the service was definitely lacking. Same with the breakfast. Average breakfast buffet with service that was pretty poor. We were seated and told someone would come over and take our coffee and egg order. We waited and waited for someone to come over. Watching staff walk past, trying to get their attention. We eventually got someone over, but by then we had already been to the buffet and eaten, so didn't order eggs. And the coffee that eventually came was awful. The reception staff were lovely. I was given the wrong room number, but that was sorted after I had to go back down to reception. Overall, the experience wasn't terrible, but it is not what you would expect for the price. There are plenty of other hotels in Sydney that offer a more luxury experience for the same price or less. It was nice staying in Manly, but I wouldn't stay there again.

I had family visiting to attend my wedding at the beginning of the year, and they spent around 2 weeks at the MP. I cannot rate the property, the staff and all-round service high enough. My family are on the older side of life and not an easy bunch to manage, but the staff were always so helpful and courteous. I live in Manly but I got ready and spent my wedding night here, and the front desk team were so helpful for all those last-minute random requests we had to make the day go smoothly. 10/10 and thank you again for such an enjoyable experience!

Room and hotel was lovely. Nice and clean. Staff and valet helpful. Room was nice. Definitely needs a floor length mirror. Cold bottled water would be nice too. Only major disappointment was looking forward to a nice late sleep in with no kids and got woken up by incessant Jack hammering and hammer drills at 7am on a Saturday. Told the staff on check out and she didn’t care to hear about it and that was it.

Holiday has had a major renovation and it shows. Our room (421) was fantastic from the decor to water views, felt very much like a 5 star resort. Upstairs pool with even more amazing views, great cocktail bar and perfect location in Manly. Small negative was the cleaner could have been a tiny bit more thorough and cocktail bar was under staffed. Highly recommended though and shout yourself a water view room it’s worth the premium.

Hi, We had a wonderful stay. Location is just perfect. The room was spacious with awesome views of the beach. The breakfast spread was sufficient with a lot of varieties to choose from including Vegan options. The highlight of the stay was the incredible staff. Maggie at the check in counter and the staff during breakfast were simply outstanding. Highly recommend, will be back soon. Cheers
