We had a really lovely lunch there one Saturday. All the things that I worried about, which have been previously difficult, like car parking and easy access, worked out like a dream. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The food was fabulous and dining with a lovely view. The modeled the banquet and its beautiful but very filling. They let us take the left over food home which was great of them.

Delicious food with lovely Manly wharf views. Menu is diverse enough for everyone to enjoy something but not confusing or overwhelming in any way. We love having the soy & burrata with bread, and the caramelised eggplant is one of the best we’ve had. Mango pancakes were good although Manly has many great dessert options so I would personally skip dessert here next time.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. Firstly, the setting was delightful, boasting a captivating ocean view and a charming ambiance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, although initially, we were not seated at a table with a view. However, they promptly rectified this once the table became available. I thoroughly enjoyed my cocktail, the Bloom, which was expertly crafted and delicious. However, the lack of vegetarian options for my pescatarian friend was disappointing. Despite this setback, the staff tried to accommodate our dietary needs by substituting pork with eggplant and chicken with mushroom in the banquet menu. Unfortunately, the dessert served did not meet expectations. Although the menu promised deep-fried ice cream with butterscotch, we received something entirely different. Despite assurances from one staff member that the fried ice cream would be brought later, we were later informed that the kitchen was closed, leaving us disappointed and feeling misled. Overall, while the experience had its ups and downs, the restaurant's decor was appealing. However, the food failed to leave a lasting impression, falling short of the high expectations set by the stunning setting and attentive staff.

This is a fantastic place to wind down after a big week. Drinks are fast and the food great. Yes it costs more than a traditional corner store Chinese restaurant but you have to be realistic about what your paying for. Rent on manly wharf ( i promise you no one giving a negative review about price has ever seen the number o zeros on this venues monthly rent slip) and you not getting cheap MSG filled rubbish. This is a premium establishment, always full and always great service

Definitely pricey but a great fusion of Western and Cantonese cuisine. The market prices for most of the seafood was absurd and it forces you to choose the banquet style meals. We were left pretty full and satisfied with the value of the $124 queens banquet. The buratta and Youtiao (dough fritters) was a weird combination that worked incredibly well. Most of the items were small amounts but very good quality and left us pretty happy. There was definitely a Western twist on a lot of Chinese classics but it was typically done well and didn't take away from the dish.
