We had the most incredible wedding at Sergeants Mess in October last year! From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the perfect place for our special day. A huge thank you to Brooke and Abby for their outstanding support. Brooke was incredibly organized and attentive, keeping us updated throughout the planning process to ensure everything stayed on track. Abby expertly managed all our vendors, which allowed our wedding day to run seamlessly. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious food and exceptional service. Our wedding Day - 24th August 2024 From the moment we visited Sergeants Mess for our viewing, We fell in love with the venue and the amazing service. I continued to drag my (now) husband to 15 different venues to make sure we had the right one, and we both kept coming back to Sergeants Mess! From the very beginning to the very end nothing was ever a problem and the team couldn’t be anymore helpful. A big thank you to Brooke our event coordinator for making our dream wedding come true, she was so patient and calm and made the whole wedding planning experience a breeze. Another big thank you to William and Abby for all your amazing help on the night of the wedding, from when we arrived to when we left our wedding, everything was taken care of and our wedding went off without a hitch! Our guests continue to talk about how amazing the venue was including the outstanding view, amazing food and impeccable service! We held our wedding with SM last week and couldn't be happier with the outcome. As a wedding-specific venue, they know what they're doing, and they hold your hand through each step of the way. With a year of planning, we had a lot of interactions with Lily, our main coordinator - always super friendly, organised and responsive, and never made us feel like we were asking too much. The venue, location, amenities and food in particular were fantastic, but the "above and beyond" component came on the night. Our venue manager for the evening was Abby, she was super attentive and practically read my mind. Each time I poked my head up to check something, she was at my side, suggesting something to improve the night...as well as making sure we were always well fed and watered!! With her there, we felt super in control, and at ease for the night, knowing we were in such great hands. :)

A beautiful venue with stunning views! My partner and I recently had our wedding at Sergeants' Mess and everything was perfect. Lily our coordinator was so lovely and supportive throughout the whole process - thank you Lily! Of course, we also have to mention that all the staff on the night of the wedding were incredibly professional and helped make sure that everything ran seamlessly.

Take it from myself, a wedding photographer who has worked at this venue many times. Sergeants Mess is one of Sydney's best venues! The views which span 180 degrees looking out over the harbour will provide the perfect backdrop for your wedding and will no doubt be sure to leave a lasting impression on both you and your guests. There are also many incredible photo spots to be found around the venue or down at Chowder Bay (30 seconds down the Rd). The staff are also very accommodating at this venue. I would definitely recommend checking it out.
