Summer Rundle
Great service and workers. Magnificent location as it’s in the middle of everything. Biggest disappointment was the rooms. They need big renovations. So old. Found an old big toe nail clipping from last person ready for my toddler to snack on. Bathroom was siliconed together and bath has definitely seen better days. If they renovated all the rooms and bathrooms it would be perfect. Time to give the rooms some love guys!

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and everytime I leave impressed. As a loyalty member I receive a handwritten card, and some treats every time I stay. On this occasion I made an error with the dates when booking. As soon as I called the attitude was positive and the help I received exceptional. Special mention to Abby. This hotel also has a really easy way to allow you to stream from your own devices. It's great!

Service was good and the room was clean. However, the pillows were too soft and the mattress felt like it was sinking. It would be helpful to have some firmer spare pillows available. The room phone also wasn’t connecting to reception.

I was allocated a room on the second floor way almost to the end of the long hall only to open up the heavy door to find the carpet wet abs stinky smell. I couldn’t stand the mouldy smell and it wasn’t so clean in the bathroom and stare then some. Went back town stairs to ask for a change of room e.g next door. Got granted the night so I can transfer it easily around 9pm. The last room of the hallway was just a good change and cleaner the bathroom was sparking clean and no wet carpet. The only problem was in the mornings or late afternoon there is construction noises from next door outside of the building of hotel - giving no sleep in comfort.

I'd personally like to thank Tahlia. I didn't stay here personally but made a call and Tahlia answered. She went above and beyond for my in-laws and made their stay so much easier and stress free. She is a beautiful human and professional. I am now looking at booking in for the sake of it just to meet her. Thank you Tahlia 😊
