Small nice refurbished hotel. Housekeeping staff are great with cleanliness. Front office staff can do with some smile. One seems to be a grouch which I can understand since she’s got to work on Xmas day. Good location

The hotel itself is okay at best. It’s definitely budget, no more. The rooms need work, plenty of she’ll be right jobs and power sockets hanging out of the walls. The “restaurant” should be a miss for guests. Most local cafes are better than this microwave breakfast meal. You want coffees? Either you get a watery automatic machine coffee or you pay a premium for coffee that never actually comes. I would recommend more staff during breakfast or peak times.

Staff were helpful, and breakfast lovely. Beds well made, bathroom was not as clean as expected. And really the two biggest things that made me leave this review was the traffic noise, all night, and the yobo's using the road as a drag racing space, I ended up laughing a lot saying out loud 'don't stay here if you want to sleep'. But it was close to everything which was great, and good value with breakfast and cheap easy parking.

There's quite some problems in this hotel. The air conditioner dropped dust when opened, the hotel room’s quite small, the hotel’s quite old and the walls are not really blocking noises from next door. The breakfast needed to pay extra but decent. Limited parking spots also needed to pay extra. The good thing is in the centre of the city. Definitely not enough to be a 4-star hotel. A well-deserved 3 star. Not too bad, not too good.

Old hotel , needs update. Room is old especially the bathroom. Dust in the air cond, the window was broken, we could close it and it was noisy. The breakfast is so poor for the price. Pancakes were like rock, no taste scrambled eggs. The only thing that was good was the location and the staff.

Suitable for functions up to 110 guests. The hotel feature two flexible pillar-less meeting areas, the Newcastle 1 and Newcastle 2 rooms, which feature operable wall creating two smaller rooms.
