Had my sons 21st in the venue rooms. It was a perfect night. All the staff allowed to set-up prior to the event, and the staff were very professional and helpful on the night. The food was absolutely brilliant and many of our family friends also commented how good the food and venue was. Thank you !!

If you want to test your patience and get a jaw workout at the same time, this is the place to be. Waited an hour for their Wednesday rump steak special. Asked for medium rare and got medium well. Chewy, tough, and somehow also cold. My family dog eats better meat than what they serve here. Much better pub specials at other places nearby like the Belroy Hotel.

Enjoyed my first visit to the Union. It's an upmarket pub, with function areas. There were loads of separate areas, which I really liked, including rooftop. Food was good, the service was friendly tho they were abit short staffed. Recommended overall. I liked moving round to new spots but tried to avoid the screens. V cool.

Came for dinner on a Saturday night and found the "2 for 1" special on selected meals—a great deal! Ordered the chicken schnitzel, which was $28 for two, served with fries and choice of gravy. Portions were generous, the food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Beer prices were also reasonable, with $6.50 schooners and $16 jugs. As the night went on, the place filled up with patrons watching rugby league, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
