Location is near Metro Station, Coles Grocery store, Hillsong Church and the staffs are very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. This is my second stay here and I have always been happy with the service. One suggestion though is for the hotel to have available weighing scale for the guest to use. This is important for the guests.

Had a great stay here in a one bedroom to visit my son who lives nearby. Really excellent value. I recommend booking through the Punthill website for best value. The apartment was clean and bright with everything as advertised. Cooked meals. Did my laundry. Slept great. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Norwest shops are just a short walk as is Norwest Metro. I'll stay here again for sure.

Nice hotel with a good location. Service was great also. Just a bit outdated which was surprising as it’s a bit on the expensive side price wise. We were given a “king bed” which was 2 beds stuck together, allgood as that’s the norms these days. Seen the reviews on the cutlery and what not so stayed away from glasses and plates as it was dirty in the drawers as seen in the photos. Aircon turns off when it wants lucky it wasn’t hot, smart tv is good. Sheets and towels don’t get changed daily you need to be there longer then 3 nights but other than that rest was ok. Parking is $25 a night also. $100 bond. Most probably wont return but good experience anyway.

Great apartments!! One of the best I've ever stayed in. Room is a great size with different areas for sleeping and living. Kitchen with all the appliances you need. Shower room is modern and tastefully done. Very warm and welcoming space. Highly recommend!! Only downsides I can think of is there aren't really many places to eat around here, so you'll need a car if you want to get anywhere. And they charge for parking, but you can park on the street overnight for free.

NIGHTMARE night here! Spent one night here with my friend on holiday, everything seemed perfect, perfect value and big room...but when we got to the apartment that night our keycard wouldn't let us in. Called the after hours helpline and got 4 spare keycards from the lockbox NONE of which worked. We were stuck out in the cold, just two young girls at night. Eventually another guest let us in and then our keycard didn't work for the elevator EITHER. Spent another hour waiting for security guards who couldn't get it to work (at this point we had 5 useless keycards and the mastercards weren't working). My friend had to go behind the reception desk and make new cards through the system with the helpline on call. It's like our level of the apartment got forgotten from the system! We got to bed at 3am that night. We were unfortunately only offered a 25% discount despite being put in a dangerous situation. We've received but ONE proper apology for the inconvenience by anyone involved (managers, helpline etc.) Our one night was ruined and nothing to show for it :D
