Disappointing Experience at Grand Bavarchi I recently visited Grand Bavarchi on a weekday evening, drawn in by its convenient location near Parramatta Station, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I had hoped for. Overall, I found the visit to be nothing special and left feeling very disappointed. The service was a significant letdown. It was very poor, and I felt ignored for much of the evening. To make matters worse, I was highly disappointed to find that several items on the menu were unavailable. When I tried to order the lamb, I was told it wasn't an option. Then, I was informed that the goat dish was also out. It's frustrating to see items listed on the menu that aren't actually available, and it created a very disappointing start to the meal. Adding to my discomfort was the decor. I noticed several Buddhist statues and images displayed throughout the restaurant, including at the bar. While I am not a Buddhist, I found this display disrespectful and out of place, especially in a restaurant setting. It felt like a significant cultural misstep and was, in my opinion, a disgrace. Given the poor service and the general lack of quality, I can confidently say that this restaurant is not value for money. I will not be returning to Grand Bavarchi and cannot recommend it to others.

We recently hosted a party at the Banquet hall at Grand Bawarchi. The food and spread was fresh, delicious and abundant. Right from enquiry, booking and hosting, Ramesh was very helpful and answered all my questions. Service was very good and attention to detail was exemplary. The team was helpful with AV usage, special dietary requirements as well. The service team constantly checked in with us to help us out. Will highly recommend the venue for small parties and family events.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Grand Bavarchi! The food was authentic, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — every dish was rich in taste and full of aroma. The biryani, in particular, was outstanding, with just the right blend of spices and tender meat that melted in the mouth. The service was excellent as well; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great place for both family dinners and casual outings. Overall, Grand Bavarchi exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious Indian food and great hospitality!
