Disappointed There was no hot water in the bathroom when I tried to ring front desk no answer. MY son had to go to the front desk to inform them .When he did they made him feel like as if it was his fault. They informed him someone will check it out, but no one came around or rang back to tell me what's happening. Once again, my son went to the front desk after making him feel like he was beginning they offered different room wow ...discussing so disappointing 😞 Also the safe it this room wasn't working..... The second room was ok, but the shoot that went up to the ceiling in the bathroom was open. I didn't feel safe at all . I didn't complain what good woud that do ? They would only make me feel as if it was my fault again, THE FRONT DESK SERVICE WAS VERY POOR NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ...

have stayed in a few four star hotels before I will say this is the cleanest one so far. I always. Check under beds because that gives you a idea of how good they clean. It was not a speck of anything under there. The pool was great kids loved it. The buffet breakfast was a lil disappointing not much variety. I have eaten at a few buffets in my time and this was One of the worst. When I book hotels with buffet breakfast it ALWAYS includes everyone that is booked in. When me and the three kids turned up to breakfast they advised us that I have to pay for the kids to eat. 😕 I advised them that when I. Booked and paid it should include all guests it dosent... I will say the buffet breakfast don't shut till 10 which is late compared to some hotels motels but yeah wasent happy about the kids not included in the breakfast. The staff at front desk are great they offered us a late check out 11am instead of 10 . Would I book there again yes for sure just not the breakfast....

I went here with my family at the start of 2024, we were really happy with the view from our room and the staff were very friendly, rooms were very bland but it did the job there were no issues with dirtiness in the room as well, the pool and outside area was very clean and felt very relaxing and calm and the food in the restaurant was amazing I loved the chicken Parma and I would recommend it to anyone who goes to the hotel. This hotel was a good play to stay for the price and I would definitely come again if we go to Sydney

Staff is magnificent rooms are very clean and good for children as it has a indoor playground and amazing food..there breakfast buffet is amazing aswell. Nice pool. Air con worked perfectly. 5/5 stars 🌟

This hotel has been rock solid to me for the last few years. I have stayed multiple times. The rooms are nice and usually a bit larger than other hotels. Staff are awesome!
