We cannot recommend this gorgeous gem enough! We weren't staying at the hotel, but we popped in for coffee in the afternoon. The kitchen only had 10 minutes before they were closing but the staff were superbly friendly, so welcoming and allowed us to order and sit wherever we wanted (which of course we picked right next to the cosy fire). The staff recognised the beauty and intrigue of the place so allowed us to explore the beautiful place and grounds whilst we waited for our coffee and scones. This is officially our new favourite place and we can't wait to go back in winter and sit by the fire again and enjoy a mulled wine or something similar!

We had our wedding at the Robertson Hotel in December 2024 and couldn’t recommend the team or the venue itself more highly. Bec runs an extremely tight ship and was incredibly well organised and responsive to all my questions and requests. Bec put my husband and I at ease from day 1, she had amazing suggestions throughout the process and put together an incredible run-sheet that flowed perfectly on our day. The venue itself is absolutely exquisite, growing up in the Southern Highlands this venue was an absolute no brainer and our first and only choice for our wedding - it’s set on the most beautiful dreamy grounds, has lots of character and old world charm . Our guests absolutely loved being able to stay on site, the accommodation was top notch and I was told by a number of guests the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding. We can’t thank you enough Bec and team - you went above and beyond to deliver our perfect wedding day.

I would not return. The photos of the room did not match the actual room. The floor was rickety near the bed. There is no fridge. They do not provide water but there is a tea service station on the floor. The dining experience was very ordinary - most of the drinks we wanted were not available and we were charged for a 2017 wine when the wine was actually a 2022 wine. The waitress was very friendly but did not know anything about the drinks - the cocktails tasted watered down. The drinks person was not available on the weeknight we stayed. The menu was limited and the food was likely reheated. The breakfast food and service was good. The staff generally did not seem to know much about the Hotel - had to keep referring to the person in the room next to reception. I feel they want weddings to make money but don't really want couples during the weekdays. No value for money here in my opinion.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Robertson Hotel! Beautiful location, lovely bar and restaurant areas and incredible food. The food, cocktails and service was much higher quality than we expected. We stayed mid-week so the place was fairly quiet and we did get the cheapest room which didn’t have the greatest ventilation, but we got to enjoy the grounds and the pool all to ourselves. Would recommend a stay here!

We had our Wedding Reception in the Sunroom. The room was stunning, the staff were helpful and friendly. Rebecca was our main contact and went above and beyond our expectations ensuring everything went smoothly.
