I needed a room last minute in Parramatta and this place was a comfortable place to land. Suroj helped book me in at a better price over the phone and ensured a smooth check in. Good price considering it was a long weekend and included car park and breakfast which was a basic buffet style. Room was clean and quiet really loved the big bathtub for a soak after a long day of tiring commuting. The only improvement of my stay would have been knowing there is a bus around the corner from here that goes to the train station instead of having to pay $30 in taxis!

Extremely well priced, with generously sized rooms. We had 2 adults and 1 child in a 1 bedroom for 9 nights and we never felt cramped. Parking and breakfast were included in our price which was a welcome surprise, as with other places the additional costs really add up. Staff were always friendly and accommodating and breakfast was great, only thing I'd add is some fresh fruit. Super convenient location, close to Woolies and Eat Street. If you stay here try the Camellia Hotel for dinner, just down the road.

Room was ok. The car parking sucks. Very tight and congested . We used the rented car but got damaged with their tight parking space and turns. The car parking no sign outside and we spend 40 mins to look out for that . At the end went in and found you have to pay extra for parking. Not happy and won’t suggest to any my family friend to book the accomodation in there. 0 rated.

Lovely staff and very helpful. Room was average and needs and update. Car parking is very tight and small. Really struggled to get my 4wd but lucky not to scratch it. They really need to work this car parking out. Positive is a good location

Very impressed with the accommodation and services on offer. I would like to especially thank the afternoon staff Peceli and Hilda. Both staff members went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. Will definitely be returning.
