Booked in for six days while my bathroom was being renovated. Clean rooms which were good value for the money. Convenient location and undercover security parking. My renovations were completed before schedule and I checked out 2 days early. They advised how I could get a refund which I wasn't expecting. Refund was received in 2 days. Excellent overall. Would return and recommend.

I travelled from Queensland and had booked a room talking to Victor the night before. Upon arrival I had a trailer and it was explained to me that parking is very tight and could be difficult . I decided to try anyway and quickly found that the car and trailer were too long and it was too tight. So suddenly Victor appeared and offered to move his car which allowed me to disconnect the trailer and park it there and then my vehicle could be part elsewhere with no difficulty. Our room was large and very clean and comfortable. We had a buffet breakfast the next morning which was included in our price and the food was fresh and plentyful. Evelyn at reception the next morning was sensational and the two ladies in the restaurant were friendly and very very helpful. Although this hotel is a little noisy from road noise I would not hesitate to stay here again and will do so due to the fact the staff were just so lovely. We had the absolute pleasure of being checked in fairly late on a Friday night my partner and I and our 7 month old by Picelie. Rarely I feel these days that people actually take a customer service role as genuinely and humanistically as he did with us, from bringing us a cot, letting us rearrange our room, helping us with a charger port, late checkout and even letting us stay later to dry my shorts so our daughter could have another swim in the spa. Absolutely top notch service, kindest approach and genuinely warm and welcoming. Hotel was very clean and though we had beds made up of singles they were comfy ones. We are far from local and glad we landed here!

They charged me $15 for secure parking. The access is so narrow I scratched my rims in my Tesla. Internet was very slow too.

My name is bernard costanzo l like to to review , we had a great stay at your hotel , we look forward to staying again one day , the girl at the front desk was very happy to make our stay very welcoming she is very good at welcoming tourists at your hotel, we got there approx 10am on friday 27/10/23, the breakfast was delicious
