Booked in for six days while my bathroom was being renovated. Clean rooms which were good value for the money. Convenient location and undercover security parking. My renovations were completed before schedule and I checked out 2 days early. They advised how I could get a refund which I wasn't expecting. Refund was received in 2 days. Excellent overall. Would return and recommend.

I enjoyed my stay in Sydney for five days live here.The breakfast is delicious and fresh.The room was clean and tidy.The staffs are so friendly .Take a taxi to nearby Harris Park Station Is cost twelve dollar.The trains to City Hall Station are not waiting too long.

Oh my goodness I had such a good time. The reception staff were both friendly and professional and they even held our room when there was a payment issue. We wanted to pay cash, but there is no cash payment so they held our room while we ducked down the road and put some money on our debit card instead of using a credit card and getting the usual fees associated with credit cards. The room was amazing, we were on the 5th floor and some people complained of noise in their reviews, well we heard none. We actually made some of our own. Not too far from Parramatta station and just up the road is a classy resteraunt for the romantic at heart, OR if you cheap like me, there's a KFC and a McDdreadfuls just across from it. Service station for gas and quick nasty coffee, this place has it all. The rooms were quiet and clean, but the complimentary wide screen TV didn't fit in my bag. Just joking ppl lol! Me and my girl had a wonderful time at Nesuto and we definitely will be back. The islanders lad at the desk in the morning was awesome too, he made checking out a good experience

I travelled from Queensland and had booked a room talking to Victor the night before. Upon arrival I had a trailer and it was explained to me that parking is very tight and could be difficult . I decided to try anyway and quickly found that the car and trailer were too long and it was too tight. So suddenly Victor appeared and offered to move his car which allowed me to disconnect the trailer and park it there and then my vehicle could be part elsewhere with no difficulty. Our room was large and very clean and comfortable. We had a buffet breakfast the next morning which was included in our price and the food was fresh and plentyful. Evelyn at reception the next morning was sensational and the two ladies in the restaurant were friendly and very very helpful. Although this hotel is a little noisy from road noise I would not hesitate to stay here again and will do so due to the fact the staff were just so lovely.
