The location of the hotel was perfect for me and the interior is generally speaking is beautiful. The staff has been wonderful, accommodating and helpful, fulfilling quite a few special requests so A++ The room is spacious with a giant and comfortable bed , I had a fantastic sleep. The furniture and the interior of the room is quite old and warn out I have to say, for the price that is charged per night. In some cases it looks like going over some chipped paint using stain remover on carpet and couch couldake a great difference in the appearance of the room . The room was clean, so that's a plus. The tea and coffee selection was very basic compared toany other hotels where I stay, that normally include at least a decaf, hot chocolate and some complimentary cookies ( I'm sure they cost cents) I opted in for no daily room clean and received 3 x $10 vouchers that I used towards the room service dinner. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent and the portions were generous. Very delicious. The gym ( which is important to me) really needs some work. One of the cables. On the cable machine is stripped, making that particular section unusable. As a gym owner, I can say it's not very hard or expensive to change the cable . A couple of attachments are missing that again limit the exercises. I would also highly recommend to add an upright dumbbell rack ( 1-10kg) and a bench. There is definetly enough space there and also does not cost too much. The whole stay there were no cleaning wipes available to clean the equipment The pool and the spa are spacious and well looked after . Overall, I would stay here again if those issues are sorted or the price is reduced to match the current condition of the hotel.

I strongly advise against staying at this property. The rooms are in extremely poor condition, and the issues are numerous. All windows leak when it rains, leaving the carpets damp and creating an unpleasant odor. Despite notifying staff, no efforts were made to air out the rooms or address the problem. Mold is present in the bathroom sinks and showers, with no effective solutions provided when this was reported. The in-room fridges are either non-functional or stop working shortly after use. Despite informing the staff, the only response was that maintenance had been notified, but no action was taken. The cleanliness is appalling—carpets are dirty and dusty, walls are unclean, and curtains appear to be unwashed. The TVs in the rooms are outdated, unable to pick up free-to-air channels, and lack compatibility with streaming services like Netflix. The air-conditioning system is unreliable, functioning only part-time and shutting off entirely when you leave the room. While most staff are courteous and appear to do their best with the limited resources available to them, the property itself falls far short of acceptable standards. It is outrageous that such a poorly maintained hotel is marketed as a 4.5-star property, and the rates charged are completely unjustifiable. This establishment does not deserve any positive rating, and management should be deeply ashamed of the current state of their facility.

Thank you Rydges Parramatta for serving us last two years. My wife and I had our wedding reception here on this date 18 February 2023. We have returned for other occasions to celebrate our special celebrations and the staff and service was excellent. We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary of two years marriage tonight and enjoying our special time sharing photos videos of our memorable day this evening. The dinner, dessert and coffee were exceptional in quilty and beautifully prepared and cooked to perfection. We were very happy with our lovely friendly waitress Venous. However my wife felt abit disappointed with the attitude of the gent whom she approached at the front desk when we arrived in regards to parking fees. However overall we were pleased with the outstanding service and patronage of the service and premium quality of food and beverages. Kind regards Max and Rebecca Dean

My daughter & I stayed for 3 nights over the weekend to attend Oz Comic Con. The entry/lobby is lovely, bright & classy. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful. The superior king room was clean & comfortable. The bathroom was clean & shower had good pressure & adequate amenities. Air conditioning was comfortable. Would recommend to stay here! We would certainly stay again in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay this week. Special mentions to Karen who took my initial booking on Wednesday & helped me out with a minor housekeeping issue yesterday. Tyler on the room service shift on Wednesday night deserves special mention for his excellent service also. Spacious room, comfortable bed, great meals and fantastic staff.
