Spicers offers a wonderful venue for a corporate workshop. They have created a beautiful aesthetic that delivers a very warm and engaging ambience. I ran a workshop here in the conference room. The tech equipment was easy to use and they provided a white board and Flipchart with plenty of paper/pens. The staff provided impeccable service. The food and coffee were excellent. The meeting room would suit a small group (max of 10). A little slim courtyard running down the length of the room allows light and fresh air if required. Highly recommend this venue and would recommend it as a beautiful place to take your team when there is a need to spend focussed time together.

A delightful and homely hotel nestled providing a luxury nestled into the streets of Potts Point. We stayed here on recommendation of our travel agent as the final leg of our honeymoon and it provided the perfect luxurious base from which to explore Sydney. The staff (particularly Phillip who we saw the most of) were endlessly approachable, friendly and willing to help and advise both in the hotel but also on recommendations of things to do in Sydney. We stayed in one of the Terrace Suites which was blissful luxury and made a relaxing place to return to after busy days exploring the city. Breakfast was a simple a la carte menu but all items were thoughtful made and very tasty with service efficient and friendly. It was a bit noisy in the mornings from the activity of the relatively main road outside as the doors to the terrace were not particularly sealed - not a major issue and worth it for having access to the terrace though! Overall, we would thoroughly recommend staying here! A hotel experience we will never forget - just a shame we had to return home really...

A Hidden Gem in Potts Point Arriving from North America, we landed bright and early—7 AM to be exact. Knowing this in advance, we wisely booked an extra night to ensure a smooth arrival. After an 18-hour journey, the ability to freshen up with a quick shower and change before diving into the day is priceless. Trust me, it’s worth every penny. Now, onto the real highlight: Spicers Potts Point. Tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined street, this boutique hotel offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. You’re steps away from charming coffee shops, and within easy reach of downtown, the gallery, and the iconic Opera House—whether by train or a leisurely stroll. The ambiance is serene, the beds are luxuriously comfy, and the staff? Exceptionally attentive and always eager to help. If you’re the type who loves unique stays with a dash of character and a prime location for city exploration, this spot is a winner.

We really enjoyed our stay, everyone was welcoming and helpful and we really appreciated the late checkout. The free use of the downstairs area and the honour bar was unique, I’ve never seen that before. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable with everything you need and the location was also really great.

Spicers is by far the best place to stay in Potts Point. As a local that moved away and who returns often I tried them all. Fabulous staff. Good size rooms. Comfortable beds, great bed linen. Excellent shower. Nice breakfast, bar and relaxing areas. Deco is beautiful. Safe and secure. Excellent location.
