This one would be a bit different as I never post negative reviews but here I need to mention. To start with me and my friends were on a trip to fingal bay and on the way we thought of having lunch. The place was amazing, with a good view of the beach and ocean. The lady at mermaids politely directed us to the restaurant upstairs for dine in. Once we entered the space it looked really busy, the menu was hyped as well. The food was good indeed, the drinks were great, Apparently, when we started having food we felt like we were not treated quite right. I have been working in the hospitality industry for a while now and all I know is customer is above everything. Our table was ignored whilst others were enquired about their meal, felt like we weren't meant to have food there. Also The way some staff spoke to us was rude. Although some of the staff were really good and polite, I think they need to start training everyone again from the base. The environment and treatment just spoiled our whole dining experience. I just want to say what an excellent breakfast we’ve been having over the past week. Every morning we are greeted by Simone and Lisa at the entry, always smiling, always happy, no matter how busy they are. The food is excellent and always comes out hot. I also want to mention what great waitresses Eliza and Amiee are. These staff are a credit to the SBCC. Thank you Simone , Lisa and all the great staff for making our stay in shoal bay so enjoyable.

So good! A group booking for dinner,it was superb. I had the bucket of prawns and shared a seafood platter for 2. Food excellent,service is great. Atmosphere, excellent. Good variety menu for food and drinks. Would highly recommend for dinner.

We’ve had breakfast at SBCC for the last few days - highly recommended. !! The food is great tasty and fresh and even though it’s busy here the staff deliver it quickly and with a smile. Would like to make a special mention of Simone and Lisa. They’re so friendly and welcoming no matter how busy they are. All the staff we’ve interacted with are great and a credit to the SBCC.

So we booked a room through the country club, and on arrival, the bar chick pointed me to the Ramada. Yep. The apartments within the Ramada using the facilities including the 2 pools, gym, spas etc. The restaurant upstairs was impressive. Beautiful views, great vibes, the bar menu caters for everyone. The food menu is terrific. And the meals were great, beautiful taste, generous portions and high quality. We had 2 dinner and lunch here.
