Reviews for Australian Reptile Park

Very good for a family day out. It is cheaper to buy tickets directly from their website. There is a show for kids where they can have a close look at the animals. My kids love feeding the kangaroos too. They also have a playground for kids and a picnic area with BBQ equipment.

I highly recommend a trip here. There were quite a good bit of people when we visited, but the park is spacious and well designed. Even with my people anxiety, I never felt overcrowded or boxed in. We had such a fun time and enjoyed the many facets of the park. While there are a plethora of reptiles here, I was pleasantly surprised to see koalas and other animals as well. There is even a concession stand with food options, and even though we didn't eat from there, plenty of people were enjoying the options. The park also has a nice gift shop with reasonably priced items for purchase, and there are plenty of options. I opted for a hat and some shirts. I'm from the U.S., but in the month I spent in Australia, this is one of my favorite places we visited, and we went all over from Sydney to the Great Barrier Reef. Visit here. You won't regret it.

Disclaimer: I have received no kickback or incentive for this review. Behind the Scenes Experience 10/10. Tilly was our guide around the park for the behind the scenes experience. This experience includes an admission ticket into the park, as well as a souvenir printed photo. But the best part is the one on one experiences behind the scenes with a VERY knowledgeable guide. As mentioned, Tilly was our guide for the 90 min tour behind closed doors. We loved every minute of it, and were able to pet or hold many of the animals off limits to the general public. We spent around 10min in the koala habitat alone, taking close up photos, and petting the sweet creatures. We fed their tortoise and cassowary. We saw venomous snake milking, as well as a funnel-web spider milking. I could go on, but this was our experience. Yours can be tailored to your own wishes. After we finished our tour, we stayed for the reptile show and lastly got our souvenir photo with the dingo pup. I would HIGHLY recommend this behind the scenes tour for any animal lover, esp those who have an adventurous side. 10/10

Located on the Pacific Highway, Somersby, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺. A really great place, the exposures for the animals was really good, you could see the animals really clearly. You could see each animal really well. Especially the koala exhibit, that was fantastic. The best I had seen compared to other animal parks. The price of admission I think is pretty standard. There’s very good toilet facilities including for the disabled and there’s also plenty of parking available. The staff were really helpful and friendly, always willing to answer any questions. The display of milking the spiders of their venom was very good. The figurines throughput the park are really good. I had a great time

Lovely surroundings and interesting talks from the knowledgeable staff. Had a lovely day. The animals are relaxed and well cared for. The koala display was much better than Taronga Zoo. Would give 5 stars but the coffee was awful and the canteen did not have healthy options. However, we sipped our brew in the sun while watching Elvis do his thing (which is not much!).
