Couldn't have asked for a better experience and value for money. The staff at front desk were extremely friendly and helpful with each step of the process. The Manager even had a few tips for local spots to grab a bite. During our stay, the room services were extremely attentive to our needs, we felt very well looked after. Thanks Quest! Will definitely come back for the next event/expo

I initially made my booking through an external bookings website (rhymes with Shmot Shmif) and when I had to amend my booking, the third party provider were so much less than helpful. I spoke directly to Quest Sydney Olympic Park and they helped me find a solution to our complex problem. It was not an easy work around and they were very polite and resourceful and did everything in their power to make sure that my booking was perfectly managed. So grateful!

Great location to visit the stadium. Has local cafes and convenient stores. I thank management for their reply, however I identify as a man.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating . Room had lots of space , though was very dated. TV kept freezing . Bed was suppose to be a king , but was 2 singles put together very poorly , big hump in the middle as well as bumps throughout the mattress. Very uncomfortable . Sofa bed even worse … no adult or child could sleep on it.

Staff were very friendly and as helpful as possible. The room was ok, clean and well presented but the split system aircon would only blow hot air. The room was like a sauna. So we turned it off and spoke to reception the next morning. The staff member on the counter said they'd have it looked it. We came back that afternoon to a nice cool room. Went out for dinner and came back a few hours later and the room was a sauna again. Go back down to reception and they said the split system units are on a block so when one guest requests the temperature be turned up everyone else on the same block have to cook. Whats the point of having a split system with a remote to set the temperature if it does nothing?
