Thank you Quest for your amazing customer service on our recent stay. Having had difficulties at another motel we decided to change our plans and stay at Quest, I am so glad we did. Your receptionist was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. I have no difficulty in saying this was one of the best places I have stayed.

Hotel service is terrible (very rude), mouldy ahh bathrooms, the rooms have terrible beds and overpriced for the subpar quality (atleast the ibis next door gets what you pay for, all it has is walkability to the stadium)

A very well located hotel, right next to Stadium Australia, and acrossthecroad from the training arena. The staff are extremely helpful and patient. The hotel is clean and neat and well suited for families.

WOULDNT COME BACK HERE!! Car park was full and judging by other reviews, car park must always be full. AC in my room was making noise ALL DAY AND NIGHT!! Also AC wasn’t strong at all, had a better breeze from keeping the sliding door open. Sounds of water washing through pipes also kept me up all night!! Was unbelievable!! Beds aren’t comfortable at all! King bed was two singles put together, had to push the mattress together OR not lay in the centre. Outdoor table was wobbly, couldn’t put a glass on without it sliding. Outdoor chairs were old, looked like mould on the seats!! Would have rather paid less and went to IBIS just next door, at least I’d get what I pay for.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
