The customer service is great but one of the couches in the room smelt like human urine..... very off-putting I'm hoping this couch was the exception.... that's why I'm giving it 3 stars.... it would be difficult for staff to know the couch was bad if the previous guests did it recently Otherwise the place is very relaxed and comfortable, very quiet if sound is a problem and the place is pet friendly I don't know why hotels don't have better TV channels though.... Highly reccomend Plate restaurant which is a 5 minute leisurely stroll from the hotel

A very well located hotel, right next to Stadium Australia, and acrossthecroad from the training arena. The staff are extremely helpful and patient. The hotel is clean and neat and well suited for families.

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking providing you give 5 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
