Staying at Quests in other locations, we expected a similar great experience. It didn't happen. The room stank like someone was just smoking in it, the cushions like body odour, the water jug and ice tray were empty, the outdoor seating was very grubby compete with lots of dirty finger marks on the back of the chairs where people grab them. Excuses were given for the smell of the room. I expect they just thought we were exaggerating, but we weren't. We didn't bother them with more as they'd already fobbed us off once. Dirty cleaners gloves were left sitting around on the seating outside the lifts. There was no restaurant, bar, or any food available here. You are directed to order via menulog, or walk a kilometre to the nearest food and beverage establishments. No facilities here like we are used to. We were also told that being a public holiday the staff would not be doing any room servicing. We paid you for a service - do your service - pay your staff. Then there was the noise. Traffic noise was loud, and a nearby concert was thumping till midnight. Adding the noise factor as a warning to future people staying here... be prepared for constant loud noises till late at night - we weren't.

Loved our stay. Staff were friendly and professional. Check in and check out were both super quick and easy. Our room on the 6th floor had a balcony with two chairs and a table. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had all the amenities we needed. Small kitchen included a bar fridge, sink, microwave and kettle. Plenty of towels were provided for us. The room was super clean and had a large smart tv. Good location to stay when attending events at Sydney Olympic Park. Will definitely stay here again as it was good value for money.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room was well equipped with 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, dining table, couch and tv. We had a lot of space and a big balcony. Beds were nice but pillows were hard. The air conditioner in the room made noise all night which upon reading other reviews it seems others had the same problem. The air conditioner also only reached one side of the bed. Bathrooms were slightly dirty and the showers had a smell but it was bearable. Staff was friendly. Not many guest ammenities which is a bit disappointing. Hotel is located very close to all the stadiums, great if you’re attending something there otherwise it is quite far from the city, requires a lot of commuting. Great variety of foods places around. Hotel carpark was booked out during our stay, but there are a few council car parks around.

We booked as a family via a travel consultant. We had a room on the 7th floor which while slightly dated was clean and well equipped. Room had large balcony which was great to sit on at breakfast. 2 bedrooms one being on-suite with family bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Booked private secure parking in the basement but there is a car park directly next door at $33 for 24 hours, $44 if you use the hotel which we did as it kept the car out of the heat. Beds were large and comfortable and clean, decent TVs in room and living area. Staff were helpful, shop next door and 10 mins from the train station. Only negative was location being 30 mins from the center of Sydney, but trains were frequent and cheap enough, so no real issue.

Looked up the Quest site and the Sydney Olympic Park Hotel was listed as accepting dogs. Rang them to confirm and they said new management had changed their policy and no longer accepted dogs. They are obviously not dog lovers so I wont be staying even without my dog and I visit regularly to that area. Good luck with the empty rooms.
