Modern, clean hotel located in the heart of Sydney Olympic park, walking distances to major arenas,train stations,sporting fields, restaurants and cafes, The rooms had comfortably beds and pillows. Complement coffee, tea and biscuits , biscuits where delicious. Only mark down was the shower, the shower head was basically a hose nozzle. Not making for an enjoyable shower. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices Onsite underground park, (tight carpark) Would recommend if you’d looking for a central place to stay in Olympic park.

Had a weekend trip for the concert. First step in the hotel, the song playlist is the singer's of the concert tonight which made really good vibe. Sophia from the reception is really friendly and helpful. Made the whole check in process smooth and fast. Customer service 10/10 for sure. Room is clean and tidy. Just one thing, the room is a bit dark even with the lights on. It will be better if it is bright, warm lights. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Come to watch JJ's concert, choose this location and we luckily been informed that the whole room was new, we are the first customer to use. Nice room, very clean and has a small kitchen got everything in. One suggestion, there is no rubbish bin in room which very inconvenient and no tissue box. But still happy and recommend to live in.

Staff were lovely and great to deal with. Room air conditioners didn’t even begin to cool room and all air cons were absolutely full of black mold. Spent the night sweating. Carpets, especially at the lifts were absolutely disgusting. Mold on the floor in the kitchen and the floors weren’t vacuumed well. The sheets were nice, clean and beds were comfy.
