Special shout out to James at the front desk. James was able to accommodate a last minute alteration to our stay, saving us money and making the stay much easier. A can do attitude with a sharp customer satisfaction focus. Thanks James

Stayed at this hotel as we had a concert that night and didn’t want to drive home the same night. The lobby area stunk of body odour? And the elevator was dodgy and didn’t seem to work properly most of the time in my experience and from what other guests were saying while we shared an elevator trip. The room itself wasn't great it was quite dated and or king bed was uncomfortable and was two single beds pushed together. The pillow cases had some stains on them also. The aircon made a water sloshing noise while it was on which was super annoying to try and sleep through but it was too hot to turn off. The bedside tables were also super scratched up. There was a notepad on the desk which had rude drawings in it and had been scribbled on. Maybe something to check/replace after every guest? Definitely not what we were what we expecting after paying over $800 for one night. We ended up just leaving in the middle of the night after the concert and driving home

Staying at Quests in other locations, we expected a similar great experience. It didn't happen. The room stank like someone was just smoking in it, the cushions like body odour, the water jug and ice tray were empty, the outdoor seating was very grubby compete with lots of dirty finger marks on the back of the chairs where people grab them. Excuses were given for the smell of the room. I expect they just thought we were exaggerating, but we weren't. We didn't bother them with more as they'd already fobbed us off once. Dirty cleaners gloves were left sitting around on the seating outside the lifts. There was no restaurant, bar, or any food available here. You are directed to order via menulog, or walk a kilometre to the nearest food and beverage establishments. No facilities here like we are used to. We were also told that being a public holiday the staff would not be doing any room servicing. We paid you for a service - do your service - pay your staff. Then there was the noise. Traffic noise was loud, and a nearby concert was thumping till midnight. Adding the noise factor as a warning to future people staying here... be prepared for constant loud noises till late at night - we weren't.

When the glassware is crystal clean I know I can relax and know and see everything is just as clean. Along with friendly informative staff and my pillow of choice I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this Quest apartment along with other Quests I have stayed in. Thank you Questers!

If I could give 0 stars I would…. Waste of money!! I stayed here after a concert and was charged almost $500 to stay for one night. The bathroom had black mold through it and was falling apart. The room smelt damp and dirty. Side tables all scratched up, fridge not working. The balcony couldn’t be used the furniture was disgusting. I have voiced these issues to the hotel and was told they were investigating but haven’t reached out since. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere.
