My husband and I stayed there after an event on Saturday night and the staff was exceptional. Our room was ready two hours prior to our check-in time and our room was ready with personal card, balloons, wine and sweets to wish us a happy wedding anniversary which was a pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend staying there.

Stayed here to attend an event nearby. Rooms were clean and nice, besides having no body wash. Location was great for the event. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was quite disappointing. My partner paid $50 for a steak- If you’re going to charge that price for a steak that only comes with chips and salad, please don’t overcook the steak. Medium rare it was not and for that price it should be perfectly cooked. My meal was fine, but nothing special and definitely not worth the price tag. I’d recommend going somewhere else for dinner. The breakfast was great though, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Eveything was great. Fantastic location. Available staff at the front desk. Easy check in and check out. Lovely and helpful staff at breakfast. Great coffee at breakfast. Rooms are a little dated decor wise but very clean and comfortable.

We stayed here to visit Urban Srf nearby. The check in process was easy, in fact the concierge was extremely helpful. Rooms are fresh and clean, beds are comfortable. Milk in the fridge. We got a plate of snacks as apparently we were “customer of the day ;). The hotel has a kids room and also a gym that can be used across the street. The only thing we didn’t like was the curtains - reminded us of a blood splatter!

Had an overnight stay in Sydney and it was a great spot, close to food options and a short walk to the beautiful bicentennial Park. Driving was easy. The room was lovely with everything needed and I was also given a last minute upgrade which was an added bonus. Will definitely stay again when needing to visit Sydney.
