Exactly what we needed, a comfortable night stay to break up a long road trip. Walking access to Wentworth common and other nice parks. Staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed, especially air con in the summer heat. Look forward to staying with the group again!

We requested a room on a higher level, and the reception kindly gave us a corner room on level 14. The hotel was very clean and spotless. The only downsides were that the bed was too soft for my preference, and the parking fee of $49 per night was quite expensive.

we usually stay here 1-2 times a year for events due to its convenience. last stay we had no hot water for the majority of our short stay, i contacted them about some sort of compensation as it wasnt exactly a cheap visit, have been waiting around a month and a half and still havent heard anything. parking is becoming ridiculously expensive, will be picking somewhere less convenient and avoiding novotel from now on do not recommend

Service was fantastic. Never had a bad experience at a Novotel. Literally the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Where are your mattresses from!?? Was lucky enough to stay for two nights for a work trip. Want to bring my partner back for another stay.

It was extremely hot during my stay, and the air conditioning was not cooling at all. Even overnight, the room temperature did not improve, making it very uncomfortable. I also requested a bottle opener, which required four separate phone calls and a wait of nearly four hours. It was only delivered after I expressed my frustration on the call, which was disappointing. Additionally, the toilet had an issue where the water kept running continuously. Overall, there was nothing positive I can say about my stay, and the experience fell well below expectations.
