I purchased 2 Bullshark Mountain Electric Bikes in 2020 and have found them to be excellent bikes. Definitely good value and fast delivery to Queensland. One of the bikes had a small problem and Reef are attending to it.

Hands down best quality ebike I've owned fast and reliable with great battery capacity bought the reef bullshark took awhile to arrive but was worth the wait they are custom built to order and value for money is exceptional! Other bikes twice the price elsewhere do not carry the same quality of high grade specifications!

Just received my Reef Bullshark, a bit of assembly but George from Reef was AWESOME. I ordered my bike just as covid19 blew up so a bit a delay in delivery, but expected. Just a brilliant bike! You can't go wrong.

Received my m500 bullshark ebike a couple of weeks ago, after riding with mates with similar ebikes; i found that this bike totally blows them away and there are some big brand names among them. Fantastic comfort and power with great customer service from George who can answer any queries you have. Great fun and get fit too!!!

Grandfather first bought a 3 wheel electric bike. Paid to have it professionally assembled at a bike shop only to have a faulty part. Tools months of trying to get service from Reef to fix. They don’t reply to communication and didn’t want to rectify the issue. He gave them a second chance when buying a mobility scooter (Goliath). Issues with delivery, wasn’t delivered to his home as arranged and had to organise pickup from a depot for an item weighing 137kg. Damaged rim, flat tyre and broken nut cover. Awaiting a response again from Reef. Really poor customer and after sales service.

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking providing you give 5 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
