Hotel is easy to get to when travelling from the west. Rooms are amazing well appointed and clean. Easy walking tonight fail or to Chinatown. Great selection if light meals and restaurants. Friendly staff and the rate is really good - I book via Qantas

Went with my family on a normal week day . It was not so busy many tables are empty. Services are good. I sign up star membership and received 10 voucher to spend on the day plus free car parking if you spend more

We were upgraded to a harbour view suite upon arrival and the room was absolutely stunning. Clean, furniture felt fairly new, attention to details. Reception and security staff were very professional and friendly. That said we didn't not enjoy the overall vibe in the casino and services within. Hotel great, casino no so much.

The star casino security guard on today about 1pm at main entrance was having an argument with me and my partner about our identification. We provided many forms of ID but wanted us to copy the EXACT way our signature was. We tried and tried to copy the EXACT way our signatures are but still made a massive deal about it. Terrible service and I will not be back. I love how all the other people are not needed to verify their ID but us Australians have too. Bloody terrible service at the casino.
