Out of country gamblers beware. They decrease your odds of winning on machines based off the block they put on your rewards card if you sign up with a passport outside of the country. Fine if playing tables, but beware of the machines that adjust odds based on the players card in the machine!! They also force you to sign up for a players card in order to play any games and then will spam you with offers and sell your phone number to 3rd parties. BIG SCAM!

It’s a gorgeous casino which is a shame because it seems like very few people are interested in being here. We visited on a Friday night and there were heaps of empty tables and no “vibe” at all. For those visiting, Australia has some strict gaming rules so every single person needs to sign up for a loyalty card before gambling at all. This process took about 15 minutes. Otherwise, as mentioned, everything looks brand new. Splendid viewing experience with some great restaurants.

This is really a nice casino. The food and drinks reasonably priced. The food was excellent. The only negative is the slot games sounds are quiet. I like to crank my volume up, especially when I hit a bonus game.

I had an incredibly upsetting experience at Start City on 02/11/2024. I was sitting quietly when a security guard approached and asked me to leave. I had no issue with that and immediately began heading out. However, as I was walking out, another security guard stopped me and asked how many drinks I had consumed. I politely told him I didn’t want to answer and that I was just leaving. Without any provocation, this security guard became aggressive and physically assaulted me by pushing me. I was already on my way out and not causing any trouble, yet he took it upon himself to escalate the situation. I strongly suggest management review the security footage from that night—it will clearly show that I was not being disruptive, and I was simply leaving when I was assaulted. This kind of behavior from your staff is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

The staff from the valet parking team, the checkin, and the Harvest welcome team. you are the most friendly and helpful team in any hotels we have been to around the world. the staff is on par with the Sands resort in Singapore. thank you to the amazing team. you made our short stay great. Our room is comfortable and a good size for a couple.
