We arrived to find a dirty toilet with wee still on the seat. I advised front desk who promptly fixed and provided wine and chocolates and wiped down the bathroom. Then we ordered room service for kids. Chicken tenders. Tenders were dark brown and hard. We had replaced. Then I had paid for carpark and on way out the boom gate wouldn’t allow me out. I had to back up and park again. I had 3 children in car and not another adult run to front desk and they just handed me a pass to get out. Overall the hotel is disappointing. The room felt run down. The window had a big bird poo splat on it. Although the staff were lovely it didn’t make up for the disappointment. I had the hotel booked on our return from overseas but I have since cancelled and booked Stamford.

The room was clean and well laid out. The shower over bath was not great and really needs updating. They are hard to step down from and you wouldn’t have a bath in it anyway. The plumbing needs to be upgraded as it can be very noisy due to the shower/bath switch. Staff were great in dealing with it though. The deodoriser in the AC was very strong. But overall a good place to stay. Car park price is very reasonable.

I had such a wonderful 3 night/day stay here over Christmas. Having a disability l was well looked after. I stayed in their Accessible room which was really great for me Help was at hand if l needed it . The room was very clean and roomy and a huge Wet room 😃 Breakfast was included in the price and this was a buffet style with plenty of choices plus tea & Coffee. I was given great assistance in there. Most definitely a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel especially being so close to Sydney International airport At Mascot. I would give this 5 plus stars 😃

Stayed for a week in Sydney. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job looking after my room - I appreciate their work so much. Always smiling :) Would appreciate if they put more effort to have fully Halal food options as this would make the experience more welcoming and inclusive - this would go a long way to enshrine customer loyalty.

Room is quite small, bathroom is old facilities. Location is near the airport, but stay a bit far from the train station - Wolli Creek (almost 1km), so it's not convenient to walk with your luggage. They have shuttle bus and you have to wait and pay for it. However, It's near the park, so it's good when you travel with your kids. Does not include the breakfast, you have to pay for it separately with your room. Service is great, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Worth 4 out of 5 stars.
