This is the best hotel around. Not only is the location & view perfect, the hotel, bar & restaurants has a unique vibe. The newly renovated rooms are just lovely and the food is amazing. Been visiting this hotel for some years now and the staff in all outlets have always been polite, professional and service orientated. Jacky from conference services went above and beyond to make my stay a good one and Nicole on the front desk goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. They are both professionals and an asset to the hotel. I always look forward to my next stay.

Unfortunately for us we visited on the weekend that touch football players held their gathering. Rooms were ridiculously expensive for the first few nights. It's hard to be happy when you pay an exorbitant amount for a view over a carpark. Then to arrive to find an extra $30 charge for parking. The room had been renovated and was comfortable. However, early hours of the morning trucks with the reversing sounds disturbed our sleep. The banging of the nearby guests entering and leaving was very loud. One morning a house keeper walked into the room while my husband was asleep and started talking. I don't expect these things when I'm paying a lot of money for the room. Some staff very helpful others not so. On the positive side it's a very good location, but I wouldn't go back. Plenty of other places that don't charge for parking.

Unfortunately the service was a let down. There were 3 of us in the room and on arrival we had 2 towels and after the room was straightened we had 1. They kept readjusting the prices I was told. Breakfast was lovely and the bed was very comfortable but I didn't appreciate the pushy upsell of a better room at a massive additional cost prior to my arrival. The rooms were comfortable but the decor was quite tired and mismatched. Car parking is over the top and extra on top of the room cost

Impeccable room and amazing front desk service. We stayed here (and were upgraded to their suite though without a view) on our road trip from Vic-NSW-Queensland and this hotel is top tier. Renovations are beautiful and high end. Location is also a great plus. Couldn’t recommend it more.

My room is beautiful, the staff are friendly. However!!! Beware, if you are booking this hotel and you are placed on level 1 as I have been. I am 2 doors next to the function room where there has been a wedding reception. I feel as though I am next to a night club. It’s now 10:30pm and there are loud obnoxious drunks walking around. Had I known I would be next to this function I would have booked elsewhere… a 3 hour trip to get here for a relaxing night away has turned awful and I’m ready to pack up and head home!
