Walking through the main entrance, you will be awestruck by the panoramic main room which seats up to 1,000 delegates theatre style or 500 for a banquet. The upper level overlooks the main room from a 360-degree balcony and is home to eight flexible breakout rooms, fully kitted out with in-built audio-visual equipment to make setting up on the day of your event a breeze. Breakout rooms are fully customisable with removable walls meaning you can combine, separate, and deck out each room with limitless possibilities. With two bars, one on each level, your delegates will never go thirsty! The Unibar on the ground floor also opens up to the leafy Courtyard, ideal for networking functions and cocktail receptions. And the stunning architecture is the real showstopper. Flooded with natural light from every angle, it feels light, airy and is a distant departure from the stuffy university lecture hall which is all too familiar for conferencegoers.

There are a few steps involved in booking an event at Roundhouse and the VenueNow team are here to do the heavy lifting for you. Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your: - Event type - Number of people attending - Preferred event date & time (and if this is flexible) - Budget (per person or total) - Room layout - Food and beverage / catering requirements - Any other requirements Once we've gathered these details, the VenueNow team will contact the team at Roundhouse to check: 1) Can they host the event on your preferred date / time? If not, what are some alternate dates / times? 2) What is the estimated cost based on your event requirements? This process tends to take around 1 business day on average to receive a response from the venue. Once we've received a response, the VenueNow team will contact you as soon as possible. If you're happy with the proposed price and dates / times, the VenueNow team will connect you with Roundhouse to finalise your booking (which may include a site visit if you choose to do so). VenueNow provides this service free of charge to you as we are paid a small fee by Roundhouse if you book via us.

Roundhouse is located in the North-West corner of&nbsp;UNSW Kensington Campus at Anzac Parade, UNSW Sydney, Kensington NSW 2052, Australia.
Less than 15 minutes from Sydney's CBD, Roundhouse is easily accessible with nearly 1,700 UNSW express bus services per week from Central station. Easily get to the venue from Elizabeth St in the city, Leichardt, Glebe,&nbsp;Newtown Green Square, Coogee,&nbsp;Bondi Junction, Airport, Rockdale and Burwood.

46 minutes for 3 meals. A Burger, a Schnitzel and a Salad. Not busy at all. Had to interupt a staff conversation to ask where Dinner was.

Not a bad venue but their security staff are out of control. Kicked out my mate who was easily the most controlled out of all of us just watching the show. It's an Irish band we paid $130 for absolutely not the guys to cause issues. I understand they have rules but it's on the venue to be so anti fun.

Came for Murphy's gig have left stupidly happy!! Great venue and great music.

One of two bars at the venue, the event space connects directly to our beautiful open courtyard and our primary function space, or can be sectioned off to exist as its own space. With the bright and airy courtyard space available as part of the the function space, this space has a standing capacity of up to 400, or 200 seated, perfect for anything from an evening cocktail event to a weekend social.

Connecting through to bar on the ground floor and the other function space via the balcony stairs, our leafy outdoor space has a standing capacity of up to 500.
