Beautiful place to stay. Well maintained rooms with everything you would need for a short stay. Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean rooms , comfortable beds and we were lucky to only have a very short stroll to the pool heated pool and spa area which we enjoyed very much. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food and service were outstanding and good value for money. Would stay here again and again.

It would have been such a great experience if the children’s activities were available! Everything was closed, so my daughter could only look at the fun things. I haven’t checked to see if this information is located on the website but we stayed only one night (Thursday) on our way through and all kid activities opened on Saturday. We were so disappointed by this. Otherwise I would give the site and location a high rating. The customer service was top notch. The reason we chose this location was because of all the things for kids to do. The restaurant was also closed for dinner so the resort ended up being an expensive room to sleep in, with nothing to do on site. Beautiful grounds and great breakfast.

A fantastic resort. Kids would be exhausted at night, with all the fun they can have. All staff are so helpful & friendly. Concierge Craig is the man you want to talk to if you have any concerns. Rooms will be updated soon, & showers will replace the baths. Is a struggle for many to get in & out of the bath. A stepper can be provided, plus a non slip mat. Breakfast is very good, There are 3 eating places, so have a few choices.

We were happy that we were only there for a quick weekend getaway. The hotel is a weird middle ground between being old and rustic (where you forgive the age and condition for the general charm) and being modern and new (where you have a certain expectation of fixture quality and style). It just felt old and run down. The room was a great size and had a lovely outlook over the grounds and mountains but the flaking paint in the bathroom and inch thick silicon over very obvious mould just made it feel icky. Although there is ample parking, most is down hill and some distance away from reception which makes arrival with a baby in a pram with bags etc a bit of a nightmare. Departure was easier as we brought the car up to reception. Breakfast was OK but nothing outstanding and the eat in restaurant experience was deplorable. We are grateful that the hotel discounted our meal price as the 5-star cost was definitely not aligned to the "fast food takeaway store run by a group of teenagers" service experience. There are much more memorable restaurants a short drive away in Leura and Katoomba which are worth the drive. The hotel is heavily catered for families with games rooms and activity rooms dedicated to kids which means the pool areas and hallways are riddled with over zealous kids wanting to scream at the top of their lungs to make their presence known. Once again, not what one would expect of a hotel targeted at "luxury" stays. Overall, we completely do not think it was worth what we paid. Definitely would not recommend and would not be back.

The resort is located in Leura /blue mountains. The staff were polite and helpful. The room we stayed was renovated and spacious. It also has a great view of Blue Mountains. The resort is well designed for families with kids. It has swimming pools,arcade games, horse riding and ice skating, and many more activities for kids. It was definitely a nice place to stay for a short break from city life. Last but not least, the restaurants had yummy food too.
