Wow! What a find! Fabulous hotel. Justin and his team took customer service to the next level. Staff were so accommodating, professional, courteous, friendly and generous with their time. They made us feel so valued. Clean spacious rooms. Restaurant was bustling and the food was delicious. The bar staff were efficient. The view of Sydney harbour bridge from the upper rooms is breathtaking. Potts Point is a vibrant neighbourhood and the Holiday Inn Potts Point is close to the action. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again Justin! You are a credit to the hotel

Great location Great service The room service QR code was down and I called reception and he was kind enough to read out the menu to me because I couldn’t see it. All extra toothbrushes sewing kits etc are available if you ask because they’ve gone eco friendly. Any time we asked for extra towels it was delivered promptly to our room. Check in process was very easy and fast and they were very professional. I’m quite impressed with the level of service! The hotel is right beside kings cross station - literally take 10 steps to the left and you’ve arrived Really great location I would recommend!

Solid hotel here. Quiet. Solid restaurant. Fantastic location steps away from Kings Cross Station. 4 stars because a few pain points. Aircon works... But not well. I found the room warm the first night until it had time to cool things off. Hotel rooms are a bit dated and starting to show their age. Curtains not the best to block out light during night (some rooms). Solid choice for a getaway though.

The good, the bad, and the ugly. The good part about this hotel is its location. The bad part is the hallway of our floor and our room smelled musty maybe even moldy. Also, if you are sensitive to light, there is a green light above the door in the room, it casts a lot of light for being so small, making it difficult to sleep. The curtains don't to a great job of blocking light either. The air conditioning was also very sensitive, we couldn't increase the temperature and found ourselves pretty cold. You either had to turn the AC off, or accept that you are going to be cold. The worst part is the vagrants in the area; they occasionally hang out in the smoking area.

The hotel has a great location. The rooms were big, however as the hotel is a bit old, the smell in the room wasn't good. The staff is friendly, however the breakfast at the hotel is poor quality. The hotel definitely needs a renovation, there are plenty of choices nearby, cheaper and nicer.
