Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The breakfast was incredible fresh, flavourful, and a great variety to start the day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service. Every single staff member was friendly and attentive, but I have to give special mention to Roision and Tim. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their hospitality really made a difference! The hotel facilities were top-notch, and had no trouble finding parking, which was a huge plus. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring that everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free experience. Definitely five stars all around!

We were 6 of us including grandparents and young kids and enjoyed the resort very much during Easter. My kids like the Easter Sunday event very much. Swimming pools good, but the indoor one was still quite cool for my kids even thought it’s slightly warmer than the outdoor one. We like the tennis court very much which was easily booked from the reception. Buffet breakfast was nice with enough variety. All the staff are very friendly and good communication arranged before arrival. It was quite pricey for the hotel during the holiday but we all enjoyed it. I do recommend it for the quality you can get overall.

Staff were very friendly especially in the restaurant. The room was very spacious. The containers for body wash and conditioner in the shower were a little problematic as the dispenser was broken on both and they were not dispensing anything. The air conditioner worked really well. The bed was super super hard; it was a little like sleeping on concrete. The pillows were comfortable. The checkout was very very easy and I received my tax invoice in record time. Very efficient. Parking was a breeze and it was lovely to walk around the neighbourhood during my stay, I felt very safe.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a good location, central to a lot restaurants and activities. We didn't have a chance to check out the pool and gym etc but restaurant was really lovely for dinner and buffet brekky. Room was huge, nice outlook over the golf course. Staff were all lovely, especially the restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and Jake C from the hotel side who was very helpful. Overall, had a great stay and recommend the Mercure at Kooindah Waters.

I arrived with my daughter in law and three grandchildren and we had an excellent time. We had a choice of the heated indoor pool or the very inviting outdoor pool. If we had stayed longer I would have used the gym and sauna. Our room was amazing, the bathrooms were super clean, the kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed to cook dinner for us all. We then watched a movie with the kidlets and then chose a more adult movie for later in the night. The movie options were excellent and made our decision quite challenging--but in a good way. I would very happily recommend this resort for a short or long stay.
