Cannot speak to room quality. I booked through booing.com but had to cancel. Requested refund and they blamed them and then booking.com blames this motel. I wouldn't pay upfront and definitely will not book through a third party.

Excellent spot, beautiful food & service. The facilities are as advertised and beautiful. Would recommend to anyone. Hidden gem just 1km from the Batemans Bay city centre. The cleanest most professional hotel experience I have found in Batemans Bay.

Family room is quite spacious for 5 people. Room is pretty warm with heater on. Hot water is working well. At the back of the room, there is a pond with ducks and birds. It is a very peaceful scenery. The general vibe is pretty chill and quite too. Breakfast is continental only. The breakfast place is very cozy. Service was excellent from the reception to cleaner. They let us borrow their vacuum cleaner to clean our car :) Simply stunning! Will visit this place again whenever there is a chance.

Just as we checked in and got to the room it didn’t really meet expectations. Advertised as a “spa suite” it was just a bath. Talked to reception, and the customer service was fine and it was no fault of the employees, but was told there is actually only one room with a Spa as one might expect. Only after talking to reception did we also realise only one of the lights in the chandelier was working in the room! Nice place, but don’t expect a spa. Felt like false advertising (spa isn’t even shown in the pictures properly!)

We booked last minute while having dinner in Batesman Bay. I got a phone all soon after and the self check-in was very straightforward. Room was clean and quiet just what we needed before hitting the road again early the next day.
