If you’re looking for a family friendly stay look elsewhere. Staff Consistently confiscating room cards left in the room, concierge who can’t inform you what the annual street festival 50 meters away is. Stayed for 4 nights and would not recommend to friends and family if service and hospitality is important. Great location, so if you’re in your own maybe not an issue, but not a venue I will be taking the family back to.

It's a nice enough place and close to lots of trendy restaurants. Close to central train station, but it's near the top of a fair hill, so even wheeling your luggage will take some effort. We were there when they had only one working lift so sometimes it took a while. We had trouble with the keycards and the door handle to one of the bathrooms comes off. Lastly, the WiFi is pretty poor.

Conveniently located less than 20 minutes by bus from CBD , very accessible. The hotel is nice and exceptionally facilities highly recommended! We truly enjoyed our short holiday, planned last minute for New Year 2025.

Stayed here 3 times this year and liked it twice but very disappointed this last time. I paid for a city view room.more expensive but great view. This time they charged me the higher rate and gave me a room with a wall view. I complained in writing about the dishonesty and got a reply that was full of weasel words and excuse making and pictures from the balcony...I didn't book a balcony view, I booked a city view room. No offer to reimburse for being ripped off. Beware of false advertising at this place. See the pics.

Great location, but the two single beds pushed together were very uncomfortable. It would be better to have a proper queen bed or keep them separate as singles. I had a few nights of poor sleep, and the mattress was also quite soft.
