⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently stayed at Rydges Sydney Central, and I just have to say—what an outstanding experience! A very special thank you to Bijay, the duty manager, whose kindness, care, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure our family felt welcomed and comfortable, and we’re so grateful for his incredible customer service. Also, a big shoutout to all the amazing staff working behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, maintenance team and everyone who helps keep the rooms spotless and the hotel running smoothly. Your efforts do not go unnoticed! Thanks to this wonderful experience, we’ll definitely be staying at Rydges Sydney Central every time we visit Sydney. Highly recommend!

Stayed 1 mid week.night as it was close to St vincent's private hospital (7 mins) and value was fantastic as I got parking and breakfast for around 200. .My room 241 was spacious and clean.. Not sure about the frameless shower setup as you will make a mess without trying when you use the handheld shower head..Finally got decent pillows as it appears you get firmer and softer ones which was great. Mattress was super comfy. I Ran Aircon all night as i like the cold but really didnt feel that cold even on 20 so not sure about hot days. Breakfast options were fantastic and very tasty. You can even make you own fruit juices ( good selection with kale) which i havent seen before.. Didn't test transport and local amenities but all seems close based on other reviews. Staff were friendly..Parking is on site around corner from reception. Be careful when entering carpark as its a drop and turn with 2m height restriction bar and feels like a narrow entrance. I have small SUV so hats off to those drivers with large SUV and utes going into this carpark as i saw a few. Carpark bay at the front is great. Highly recommended and would definitely come again..

Please allow me to clarify and, if necessary, correct any inaccuracies in the following account of my recent stay at your hotel. I checked in on 8 August 2025. In the early hours of 9 August 2025, at approximately 4:00 a.m., a power failure occurred affecting the entire building. During this outage, no announcements or updates were made to guests in their rooms. As all the windows in my room were air-sealed, and with no electricity to power the ventilation system, there was no air circulation either within the room or through the corridor. Consequently, we experienced significant discomfort and difficulty breathing due to the lack of fresh air. To make matters worse, no visible action or communication was taken to address the issue until after 8:00 a.m., meaning guests had to endure these conditions for over three hours. Upon checking out, no apology or acknowledgment of the situation was offered by the hotel staff. I hope this feedback helps to bring attention to the issue and improve the experience for future guests. Thanks Mr Bikram Tamang for your reply in 12 Oct 2025. My apology for the wrong date given above. You may want to check with your maintenance and operations teams again as it happened on morning (est. 4am) of 10 Aug 2025. I also recall that there was no usual buffet breakfast on 10 Aug 2025 morning due to the power outrage. And they could only give us some quick prepared food instead. If not, it could be 11 Aug morning then at about 4am. As it had happened quite some time back, so I couldn't remember the exact date. Do correct me if necessary. In addition, I did overhear feedback from other hotel guests mentioning the same power outrage in their rooms at the dining area of the hotel.

I stayed here because the seminar I attended was here. This Rydges is a tourist hotel and doesn't have the luxury I find at the Rydges I usually stay at. I had a I King room, so lots of space. The room was comfortable, with a sofa for relaxing on. Minimal tea/coffee, and tiny tubs of UHT milk. Close to Central Station.

A truly fantastic experience at this hotel! While the convenient location, excellent parking, and diverse breakfast buffet were all much appreciated, what truly stood out was the exceptional service. We particularly want to applaud the hotel management for having Bijay as part of their staff. He is a masterclass in customer service , so courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful. During a bit of a tricky evacuate alarm due to a system problem, he went above and beyond to reassure my daughter and keep her calm. His positive attitude and willingness to assist are truly commendable. We're already looking forward to our next stay!
