Just spent a fabulous 3 days here. Absolutely the best service, atmosphere and food; and the view is magnificent. This is our 3rd visit and we weren't disappointed. Especially a big thank you for my birthday cake and wine bottle, with note, delivered to our room. Such a lovely touch. Also love that the downstairs rooms opening on to the pier are doggy friendly (this is how we first came to stay here) and that the staff are so welcoming to our four legged family members. Dinner at the restaurant was first rate, and big ups to the two lovely ladies who were our wait staff. Well done and thank you Pier One, we will be back!

If I could rave more about the staff, I would. The bar supervisor was so incredibly amazing. He was very helpful very accommodating along with the concierge in the front desk. Obviously life isn’t perfect and there were issues ( none of them stats fault) , but the staff here did everything in their power to make it better for myself. I can totally see why this hotel gets five stars. The breakfast buffet is astounding. I wish I could have their breakfast every day. The location is obviously great, but it really surprised me as how great the staff is. At first, I wasn’t satisfied with my room. But the lovely lady from England at the front desk made sure everything was perfect. She walked me to a new room and showed me, made sure I loved it. I’m not sure her name but she’s super great. I love when people are able to take not so good experiences and turn them into incredible.. that’s exactly what this hotel does. Im someone who deals with a lot of hotels and I would urge people to stay here. It’s so exceptional.

Ivan from Concierge Pierre One Sydney Harbour Is one of the kindest and most generous human I’ve ever met. If it wasn’t for me and my little brother we would’ve not gone home from a long day of fishing at the Pierre’s. Extremely pleased with Ivan’s customer service. He has let us charge my little brother’s wheelchair inside the hotel at Reception. The electric wheelchair was dead battery and very faulty not moving at all. This hotel is highly recommend. Ivan once again, You are a champion. Thank you once again for your service Pierre One Sydney Harbour.

I stayed here on the final leg of a solo Australia trip and couldn’t have asked for a more superb experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my room with a water view, and, since I was on the first floor, I had direct access to the Pier. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to offer service. The onsite dining, particularly the breakfast buffet, was great and met expectations. I also appreciated the convenience of the location, as it is about a 15 minute walk from the Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay ferries. It’s definitely worth the splurge if you’re able!
