My Partner and I booked Pier One for a small staycation in Sydney for her birthday and what an experience! Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff (Dianne) who was very helpful and professional. She enquired about the reason for our stay and through a bit of subtle questioning she found out what my partner likes to enjoy for a drink then had a bottle sent to our room with a hand written note. Absolutely 10/10 service. The room was very comfortable, clean and had a great view! The bed is very comfortable also, both of us had a great nights sleep! The hotel as a whole is amazing, great atmosphere, well appointed and in a great location! Will defiantly be returning and recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent hotel experience.

Did not know what to expect but to say I'm pleasantly pleased would be an understatement. Getting from the ship pier to the hotel was a breeze, could have walked but didn't want to struggle with the luggage. The welcome to Pier One was excellent! We arrived early so when they let us check in at 10 am it just made the arrival that much better. Ivan, the concierge at the desk was extremely professional and cheerful at all time. This morning I needed documents printed, done! I simply wanted a croissant not a complete breakfast. Ivan once again took care of my needs. Ivan was not the only concierge I received help from but he was the one who helped the most. The bed was a wonderful sleep. Room was large and well designed and very comfortable. If in doubt, spend a night and experience service and comfort you deserve.

Very comfortable. Staff very friendly and personable and remembered me by name. Concierge very helpful. Room was nice - love the design and so many places on the railings to hang things! Great waterfront proximity and a few steps to a view of Sydney Opera House. Bathroom sink design was a bit weird, one of those things that look pretty but not very comfortable to use - the bowl-on-the-table design pops kind of high on the counter, and the faucet goes a bit low, making the experience a bit awkward. That's the only thing where the design could be more comfortable. Everything else was really good.

We had our wedding here along with a 2 night stay. Special mention to our Event Coordinator, Sam, who was wonderful throughout the entire process up until the end. The staff were all so accommodating, friendly and such a joy to be around with. They even found some missing items of mine and left it with concierge for me to pickup. Truly a weekend we will always remember!
