The Pier One Sydney Hotel is located in one of the most beautiful waterfront locations in Sydney and is walking distance to the Harbour Bridge, The Rocks and Opera House. The staff are all highly professional, warm and friendly. The rooms are cleaned and presented at the highest possible standards and the beds are super comfortable. The wife and I held our wedding ceremony and reception here in the North Facing main function room 6 years ago and nothing has changed since then and nothing needs to. It’s very clear to us that a lot of consistent and daily effort goes into maintaining the high standards at this boutique luxury hotel and we highly recommend this experience to everyone.

This hotel is very conveniently located with a great view of the harbour with lots to do within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The walls are thin though and you can hear noises from the opening and closing of doors from the corridor and guest walking from upstairs very clearly. But really stood out about this hotel is the hospitality and attention to guests’ needs. A big shout to Ryan Ng who was mending the front desk. He was the most amazing staff - kind, patient and very attentive, doing all that with a smile on his face. A friend of mine went ‘missing’ and he helped me locate her. I stayed for 5 days and whenever he was only duty, he would politely acknowledge me and my friends by name and greet us! Great service in a cool boutique hotel!

My stay at Pier One Sydney Harbour was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They happily accommodated an early check-in, setting the tone for a seamless and enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to Sydney’s highlights. Despite its central spot, my room was incredibly quiet, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The spacious room featured a big bathroom, a comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches that made it feel luxurious yet intimate. The housekeeping team deserves special mention—they consistently went above and beyond to keep everything immaculate and ensure I had everything I needed. The buffet breakfast was delightful, with plenty of options to suit every taste. Pier One offers the personal touch of a boutique property but delivers the service and amenities of a larger hotel. A standout feature was the still water tap at the end of the bar—don’t miss it! The hotel also accommodated a late checkout, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I can’t recommend Pier One Sydney Harbour enough. It’s the perfect blend of location, luxury, and hospitality.

What a beautiful property with amazing staff that continued to exceed our expectations. After staying a few nights at the Sheraton and learning we made a mistake with our departure date a full capacity Sheraton was unable to extend our stay. We were quickly transferred to reservations who helped us locate a Marriott/Bonvoy property close to where we were departing for a cruise. Autograph was recommended so we quickly reserved our stay. After booking we reached to ensure a seamless transition from one Marriott property to another and we luckily spoke with Ryan who was beyond helpful and made our move to their property much less stressful. He was exceptional and hospitable in a way that goes beyond expectations. From a lovely welcome cocktail from reception to a beautiful bottle of wine our stay here is a night we will hold dear. The Autograph is peaceful, lovely and one of the most relaxing hotels we have ever experienced.

Sydney-siders (couple) here for a 2-night stay, wanting to do activities in this beautiful Sydney Harbour area. Pleasantly surprised to have a bottle of sparkling wine and packs of chocolates delivered to our door this evening on our 1st night. Will be here for a full day and our final night tomorrow. Place is beautiful and staff have been pleasant and welcoming. Wonder if there would be more pleasant surprises. We're in a Superior room with water/harbour views. Oh BTW, don't get the shampoo or body wash into your eyes. That will sting very badly. I had a bad experience.
