Staff was amazing. During my stay i have lost my ring. I looked everywhere but I couldn't find it, so I notified staff upon checking out. When I already lost my hope to find it, a weeks later I receive a call from the receptionist that they found my ring and they will send it to me ! How amazing, I just received the ring to my home now. This is amazing customer service, I really appreciate you went above and beyond to return my (not even expensive but very special) ring ! Thank you so much !

Rooms needed a bit of maintenance and so did the buildings. Room was comfortable though and sounds travel through the walls, so it can get rather noisy in the room when others outside or in the hallway walk past talking. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a small but lovely garden as well. Parking is not close to any rooms with the carpark been a dirt lot.

Wasn’t expecting 3 flights of stairs with our luggage. Water pressure in the shower was non existent. TV was small and didn’t allow for streaming/casting like most hotels do. Restaurants and room service close at 8pm which meant we couldn’t get dinner after arriving in the evening after a big day of driving from Brisbane. I have stayed in better 3 star accommodation.

We have just spent a couple of days with friends, what a peaceful place to stay, lovely gardens, room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, meals were great, and sitting by the fire at night was so comfortable, we had such a lovely stay in this charming old hotel. Room upgrade was very much appreciated. A special thank you to Ted, General Manager, for his assistance with the seat belt incident, you were so helpful. We will be back.

We booked our staff Christmas party at this property. We men played golf. The ladies relaxed on the verandah with a few drinks. The veiw spectacular Carrie Blunt was amazing to deal with. The food was delicious. Peter and the team were fantastic. We will come back again.
