We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was extremely comfortable and the location at Darling Harbour was perfect. What really made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from Marcella at the reception. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make us feel at home. Although the restaurant was closed, the bar was open and convenient. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Sydney. Thank you, Marcella, for making our stay so special!

When we arrived, we were greeted by an old friend, Eddie. He made us feel welcomed. The room was nice, with a view of Darling Harbour. However, the bed was soft and the hot shower took a long time to get heated. Also the amenities (shampoo) was at the end of the bath tub, needing to walk up and down the tub several times to shower. That’s an OHS issue, no? Also, we had an medical emergency back home and we were asking, if needed, we can check out early. Manager told us that we booked a cheaper rate with a 3rd party, they cannot refund the unused days. Thankfully, the issue was resolved back home so we were able to stay as planned. Our next hotel reimbursed us when we told them of our need to be back home soonest. No compassion from this lot. But we enjoyed the festivities in the end.

The location is superb. The room is big and clean. Yet, the reason of my review is to compliment the staffs. Especially Daisy, the waiter at the bar. She was the one that assisted me on our pizza. Even though its longer than our requested time, she was the one that attended the pizza and made sure that the pizza not delayed further. Her note calmed us down. Besides her, the guy on the bar also gave a very good recommendation on the beer which made our night become splendid. We were at your hotel on 22 to 23 Dec 2024. Went back to buy the pizza on 28 Dec 2024. Thanks!

Room was comfortable and spacious enough for 2. Bathroom probably due a reno if I'm being picky but perfectly functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was small but great on a hot day. Location is perfect, nice walk or ferry ride to Circular Quay. Light rail stop right outside to go downtown.

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, theatres and many more. The food is absolutely amazing don’t miss out on the buffet breakfast! The dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was incredible! The atmosphere of this hotel is so inviting, it has everything you need to get the holiday feel. We have been as a couple and as a family. The kids loved the pool and the tennis courts. We loved it and will be back again soon! 10/10
