The only good thing about this hotel is the location. From the very start it was poor service. Requested early check in weeks prior before travelling for 7+ hours to hotel. Arrived and was told room is not ready, informed them of our early check in request weeks ago they did not know anything about it. Was unable to pay via Savings debit card and only able to pay via Credit or Cash. Who carries 800 in cash? Rooms were un hygienic and dirty. Was not vacuumed or wiped down before next quest. Pillows had brown or (red)? Stains on them. Absolutely no hotel service/cleaners on site. Empty lotion, hand wash, shampoo/conditioner bottles left in shower and bathroom. Hair shredding on bathroom floor from previous quests. Mould in bathroom sink and shower. How is this claimed to be a 4 star hotel? Very disappointing.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Location is great for train access to the city and Chatswood shopping. Unfortunately the room (2 bedroom apartment) was tired, dated and generally not clean. I had asked for the sofa bed to be prepared and it wasn’t. When I opened the sofa to check, there were chips under the cushions. The dining table had grease and grime from prior guests. The bathroom had lots of mould that would have been easy to remove if cleaning was done properly. The room and furnishings are quite dated. The beds were comfortable.

I’d forgotten I had booked an apartment, so was very pleased with the kitchen and laundry. There was a really long hair hanging from one of the towels (I have short hair). The fire blanket bag was empty, and the back-of-door exit plan said “You are here”, but there was no dot to indicate where I was (I emailed that to the hotel and got no response). The bed was hard, so night 2 I tried sleeping the couch, but it was too short. The walk to the shops and railway was very short

A very well located hotel but which is really better catered towards budget travellers. Very minimal service provided, no housekeeping at all (I believe if you stay for a week this does happen), and lots of dirty elements of the room that reduced satisfaction. While the room was tidy and comfortable, it was not even slightly close to a 4 1/2 star hotel that was anticipated. There is no capacity to offer a cooked breakfast or cold buffet, so do not pay extra for the so-called breakfast, as you will only get a bag of items that you could buy yourself at the Woolworths practically next door for much less.

Stayed here recently with my family and it was such a great location! Included parking, although it was a bit confusing as it's mixed with permanent residents. Room itself was really nice, a great view to watch the sunset over the city. A few odd things in the room like the sink being unusually short and the toilet seat was pretty worn, but overall a really nice stay and would come here again. Love how close it is to the Westfield and the train station!
