One bedroom room with kitchen and living areas was great. Had separate laundry with washer and dryer. Grout in bathroom shower was very mouldy, which can be easily cleaned!! Walls had lots of dirty marks, skirting boards all had thick dust on them. Rooms need a really good through clean and could do with a lot of updating.

We had a really good stay here. The apartments are a really good size. It is an older building and hence the big rooms. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights here. The downside was that the dining table hadn't been wiped down, and we found one of the plates in the cupboard wasn't clean. Other than that, everything was more than ok. The bed was comfortable, the room was big, the hot water in the shower was super quick to get hot, there was a washing machine, and a dryer. The hotel is really close to a metro station, supermarket, restaurants etc. The location was great. I'd stay here again if in Sydney and needing an apartment option.

Absolutely awful rooms. The rooms are dirty, old, and the service is nonexistent. I would highly recommend looking for somewhere else to stay. Surprisingly the communal areas (pool, gym etc.) is very well maintained. After reading other reviews, it’s clear the cleanliness of the rooms are a consistent issue. Rooms are not cleaned daily, and they expect you to do it yourself (which is fine) but then they don’t even provide you the necessary cleaning equipment. I called and asked for a vacuum and mop, and they promised to send one over, but of course, nothing ever came. To make matters worse, the oven and extractor fan didn’t work from day one. I reported it to management, and they assured me they’d fix it the next day, but that never happened either. The location is great, right next to Westfield and the train station in Chatswood (little bit of train noise, but that didn't bug us). Personally feel mixed feelings about staying here again.

Think before booking: For an Accor standard, the hotel rooms felt so old and dated. The smart TVs are not smart enough. Honestly an Airbnb in a similar cost would offer you a lot better Internet and Entertainment. Carpets definitely need an upgrade. For a serviced apartment, needs better kitchen appliances. The plus points: Location is perfect as Westfield shopping centre is right across. Offers good connectivity to city and nearby attractions Ample of parking. Good sized rooms.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Location is great for train access to the city and Chatswood shopping. Unfortunately the room (2 bedroom apartment) was tired, dated and generally not clean. I had asked for the sofa bed to be prepared and it wasn’t. When I opened the sofa to check, there were chips under the cushions. The dining table had grease and grime from prior guests. The bathroom had lots of mould that would have been easy to remove if cleaning was done properly. The room and furnishings are quite dated. The beds were comfortable.
