We booked at Novotel because it was close to where we needed to go, location is perfect as there are a lot of restaurants around, close to Haymarket and easy to get to the city from there. The room was a nice size, clean but missed a few details, the remote control was a bit gross (had to use wipes to be able to use it) the bed was comfortable, but it was 2 beds put together to make as one, so the middle was a bit uncomfortable to lie on. The staff were friendly and helpful, when I requested for slippers they delivered it right away. The check in and check out was smooth. Overall, the convenience of the location outweighed the minor issues, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

I recently stayed at Novotel Darling Harbour and had an overall enjoyable experience. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with easy access to Sydney’s top attractions, restaurants, and shopping districts. It’s the perfect spot for anyone exploring the city. The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a great selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day. However, the service from the staff didn’t quite meet my expectations. While they were polite, there were moments where more attentiveness and a stronger focus on guest needs would have significantly improved my stay. It felt like additional training in guest service could elevate the experience to match the high standards of the property. Despite this, Novotel Darling Harbour is an excellent choice, and I would consider staying here again. With a few improvements in service, it would be a flawless experience!

I made the mistake of booking the wrong month for my stay. I only realised the day before & called the hotel. The staff were super helpful & managed to secure myself & my partner a room for the weekend. The room was great with views into the gardens. There was a beautiful note & bottle of wine left for us. We loved our stay & will definitely be recommending it to friends & family. We especially loved its location close to Chinatown & lots of bars & restaurants. Thank you again to the amazing staff

Super smooth checkin with Zoe who was so sweet and accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. Great location tons of nearby restaurants and shops. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit pricey but overall I would def recommend And would def stay here again.

Room clean and fresh. The culture of the staff is excellent, with a great can do attitude, no request was to much. Breakfast excellent. Finally, convenient location. No hesitation of staying here again when we next visit Sydney. Have to mention Laura who managed our reservation, just so helpful.
