This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed at first impressions were wow the location right in the middle of everything! Paddy’s markets china town darling harbour even McDonald & star bucks all 30 seconds to 1 min away. The hotel was beautiful new looking clean & the Staff wow such friendly welcoming staff very helpful. All of them. The rooms were beautiful very nice very clean . Even the my teen kids loved it all. They enjoyed the Gym & the Pool , we swam till 10pm. We are coming back again on the school holidays I’ve already booked our next stay that’s how much we enjoyed our stay.

I was travelling for business and found the hotel very well situate with lots of great eating options nearby in Darling Quarter and in Chinatown (both a very short walk from the hotel). The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were wonderful and the service was very good - from check-in, through to queries, breakfast and check out. Thank you for making my stay a wonderful experience!

I made the mistake of booking the wrong month for my stay. I only realised the day before & called the hotel. The staff were super helpful & managed to secure myself & my partner a room for the weekend. The room was great with views into the gardens. There was a beautiful note & bottle of wine left for us. We loved our stay & will definitely be recommending it to friends & family. We especially loved its location close to Chinatown & lots of bars & restaurants. Thank you again to the amazing staff

We booked at Novotel because it was close to where we needed to go, location is perfect as there are a lot of restaurants around, close to Haymarket and easy to get to the city from there. The room was a nice size, clean but missed a few details, the remote control was a bit gross (had to use wipes to be able to use it) the bed was comfortable, but it was 2 beds put together to make as one, so the middle was a bit uncomfortable to lie on. The staff were friendly and helpful, when I requested for slippers they delivered it right away. The check in and check out was smooth. Overall, the convenience of the location outweighed the minor issues, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfectly located in heart of the city, I stayed for a business trip. The team were amazing, room upgrade and an amazing welcome gift, and handwritten note from the Assistant GM. Room was fantastic, bed super comfy, really good table for working between meetings. Great breakfast and coffee, and spent some valuable time with Shane the Purchasing Manager, absolute legend! Pumphouse is super cool for lunch. Best business trip ever! Thank you!
