A Mediterranean style space with grand arches, the Colonnade is a stunning alfresco space, perfect for cocktails. Upstairs, the Mediterranean vibes continue to the Terrace, creating a unique space for a long table affair. With a floor area of 102 square meters, this space can hold 80 guests at a long table, to 100 in a cocktail setup.

We had the most incredible experience with HostCo for our wedding! From the very start, our coordinator, Helen, was amazing—helpful, responsive and guiding us through the journey. Our wedding ceremony was at the Cottage Lawns and The Refectory and it was beautiful, from the European style facade that overlooked our ceremony, to the moody and artsy Refectory ball room where we had our candlelight reception. The ability for our guests to mingle on the lawns, then head into the various refectory rooms meant there was always a space the suited everyone. The food was spectacular; every dish received rave reviews from our guests. The service was equally impressive, with attentive staff ensuring everything went smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better team to bring our vision to life. Highly recommend HostCo and The Refectory for anyone looking to host a memorable event!

My wife and I just celebrated our wedding at the Great Hall, Sydney University, and honestly, having HostCo (led by Helen) as our caterer was the best decision we could have made. Helen was by our side for the entire journey, always there to take our calls and emails as we tried to create the best possible event for our guests. Helen and her team invested so much time and effort into the event, making sure that we were completely satisfied the entire way through - whether it was to do with the food selection, drinks, cocktail hour set up, seating arrangements and the itinerary itself. They were extremely flexible and accomodating. The food itself was fantastic - the meat and fish were delicious, and the entrees were super tasty as well! Out of every person we worked with, Helen was the most responsive and helpful, and we couldn't have done it without her and the team at HostCo. Thank you so much!

Thank you to the best wedding co-ordinator ever - Tran Howlett, she was amazing for everything up to and including the day, the whole process was so easy because of her and the whole day was beyond our expectations. Amazing support also from the entire HostCo team and thank you to Rafael on the night who took great care of the event. Finally the food was the buzz of the night, 5 star dishes from Canapes, Entree's Mains and Deserts + the additional hand made chocolates which all our guests loved. Overall the best day ever because of Tran and HostCo - Thank you for everything again - Love the De Leon's.

Tran and her team did a great job of setting up The Refectory at Sydney Uni for our wedding ceremony. We were very impressed by the room styling and the host’s professionalism on the day. Our guests were very impressed and The Refectory served for some wonderful photos.

We could not thank Tran and her team enough. They were so much more than a catering team... Tran was like a coordinator and a planner too. We had our wedding ceremony, afternoon tea and entertainment (the intermission in the Quadrangle) then reception all at the University of Sydney in the Great Hall. HostCo helped us with all furniture hire, the massive change over in the venue space, catered afternoon tea, provided a coffee cart and most of all helped us deliver the most delicious 3 course dinner. The entire team lead by Tran will always have such a special place in our hearts and in our memories from our wedding day. Tran was always incredibly fast to reply to all messages and emails and provided so much advice and support beyond the scope of our package. Special mention also goes to the forever smiley and enthusiastic Joe who had been there to assist since our first menu tasting right through to the end of our reception! We are so grateful we chose HostCo to be a part of the most important day of our lives!
