I only stayed overnight arriving late at night and checked out the next morning. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and polite and the room clean and comfortable. The only issues I had were: 1. I contacted the hotel/Accor using the booking confirmation and got no reply. I had to follow up with an email directly to the hotel days later (the day before I travelled) 2. In my email I advised I would be checking in late and requested a bottle of wine be available in my room. After and email exchange I expected this would be satisfied but it wasn't. The staff were helpful to provide me a bottle when I brought the matter to their attention. 3. The TV had no reception. These small issues are not the worst things in the world but do have an impact on a traveler who has arrived late at night after a 14 hour flight.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. They accommodated our request without a hassle. The room was spotless and smelled amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. Ah, and I loved the pillow menu. Breakfast was delicious, and there was nice coffee, too. We will definitely stay again and will recommend it to our friends.

I’ve stayed here many times and I’m always looking forward to the next stay. We always feel welcome and at home. The gym is fantastic and the food in the restaurant is top notch. The head chef is very passionate and dedicated. Jen from the bar/restaurant delivers exceptional service, going the extra mile to ensure everyones stay is a memorable one. She is a shining example of professionalism and traditional hospitality. Thank you for all the many happy memories over the years. See you all soon cheers 🍻

I rarely write negative reviews about hotels, but this time I feel like I’m being overcharged. Let me start with the positives: the hotel is excellent, and the location is very convenient — close to the airport, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away, and only two stops to the city center. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and comfortable. However, there are significant downsides. The breakfast could be more diverse. It’s nice that hot dishes are prepared upon request, but overall, it didn’t meet expectations. The pricing policy around New Year’s Eve is confusing. The nightly rate triples compared to regular days, yet nothing special is offered to guests for the occasion, not even a complimentary glass of champagne. What justifies such a price increase? For this amount, you could at least include a bottle of wine or champagne as a gesture of goodwill.

We recently hosted our conference at Pullman Sydney Airport, and the experience was fantastic! Jess and Tike, who helped organise the 3 day event, were incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating to our requests. They also recommended a great vendor for our team-building event, which made planning even easier. The conference room was modern and well-equipped, and the hotel rooms were stylish and comfortable, making the stay enjoyable for our team. Overall, the service and facilities exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a professional and well-managed venue for a conference, I highly recommend Pullman Sydney Airport!
