We did one of the escape rooms and it was expensive $200. When we got to the second room, the final cupboard was already open and the clues were not set out. It completely ruined the experience. When we showed staff they said, sorry that should not have happened, it was not set up properly! A comforting response. Overall, the rooms were old and need of an upgrade, with significant wear and tear and its really expensive for an hours entertainment. I am sure that there are better options elsewhere.

The mini golf course was overbooked. We paid for 18 holes and we only had the time to finish 9. Staff no helpful at all.

Came in at about 3pm on Sat 30/11 and a girl was working the counter. We had a party of 4 and asked if we could do 2 games of bowling. She was so rude and condescending and pulled a face when we said we wanted to book as if she was shocked that we would try and play a game for a time on a Saturday. Her tone was rude and instantly put myself and the rest of the people in my party in an off mood. We even got snobbed and had 2 people go before us when she saw we were already in line. We decided to not continue at strike Chatswood as the customer service from the get go was quite rude. I understand it was busy but making people feel bad for wanting to do a game when it was busy is not the way to go. She was so rude and I am very dissapointed.

Strike Bowling Chatswood is sadly run down and poorly maintained, this was the seating at our bowling lane today. Completely broken and heavily stained, pretty bad state of things!

Yesterday, my son celebrated his 7th birthday party at Chatswood Strike Laser Tag. It was his best birthday party ever and the perfect party host didn’t exist until I met David, who was absolutely amazing, caring and made every child feel special. He took time to get to know each child, made them feel safe and made every attempt to ensure everyone was having a great time. No problem was too hard for him and he diligently worked both the laser tag room and party room flawlessly. Other parents also mentioned to me how good David was. Laser tag was so fun, so many rooms and areas for the kids to play and explore. Arcade games were good and the party room was ideal (even for a group of 17 kids and parents), clean and setup well. The overall party passed by perfectly and I can’t recommend how good the staff and facilities were. Definitely coming back!
