Great little apartment in an awesome location. Everything was perfect except for an uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Close to walk to QVB and Darling Harbour and close to the light rail and metro. Would have loved a pool but other than that it was great.

We arrived early morning and the manager on duty took great care of us, let us use a room to work in for an hour or so, took care of our bags until we could check in later that day. The room was great, bed was extremely comfortable, location was beautifully central for dining, train stations, etc. We will definitely be staying here again.

Not recommended for a family - Following a recent trip in an Accor Group Hotel, we booked Mantra Kent expecting the same level of service. The apartment does not allow for you to cook (no basic essentials, oil, salt pepper, paper towel). Sponges are cut to give you quarter of one to use for your stay and soap is provided in sample format. Cutlery is down to the number of person staying to ensure you don't leave with it. Beds are very basic and wiggly, felt every move of the other person in bed. The duvet was stained and we kept on finding hairs that was none of ours. The little bins had not been emptied once for the whole time we stayed.

Great place enjoyed the unit was bigger than expected and the beds were very comfortable nice size balcony they are renovating though so a little noisy outside all good inside though kitchen facilities were great the aircon control panel was in a wardrobe which was a little strange I found it eventually right near the shops and parking next door was handy as it’s over 2 metres for a SUV

Polite staff, nice clean bright apartment. Very limited buffet breakfast options though. Excellent central location, in between Town Hall and Darling Harbour.
