Excellent location but bathroom tiles had mouldy grout. The bath could not be used as the pressure of the water pushed down the plug and emptied it. The cleaners did come and clean the bathroom when we complained and we were offered another room. Location did make up for it so probably would stay again.

Awesome stay, great location. Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. Only thing we would say is that the apartments really need a small dining table and some outside furniture.

Absolutely love the place, especially with the staff specifically Ms. Vera who helped get us situated in a high floor even though we requested on the spot. Very friendly and kind, and gave lots of local recommendations which me and my family visited and loved. The unit itself was great, spacious and clean; the view was amazing especially at night and we could see the entirety of Darling Harbour. The amenities provided were really generous for the price as they included a washer & dryer, kitchen, oven, microwave etc. plus the body wash, shampoo, lotion all smelled really fresh (ginger lemon, yum). Strategic location too, in walking distance to basically everywhere in Sydney’s CBD and easy access to public transport. Overall very pleased with our stay here and will definitely be back, especially if it’s for the holiday season. Huge thanks again to Ms. Vera for being so welcoming and helpful, we hope she has a happy holiday!

Great spacious room. Was only there to sleep, everything was good, except there was no shower - Water came out of the side of the broken hose. Didn't report it as I just needed to shower and sleep and get out of there.

I am a Gold Member, booked an Executive Suite and was assigned a suite on a middle floor with a blocked view. Despite my request, the front desk staff seemed reluctant to offer an upgrade or, at the very least, a room with a better view on a higher floor. Additionally, I was disappointed by the condition of the suite: 1. The blinds were broken. 2. Kitchen cabinets are very old and the shelves were covered in dust. 3. The washer and dryer were rusty, outdated, and made excessive noise. This experience fell below the standard.
